I'm not sure about the negative comments, but my experience with FF was very pleasant, from beginning to end when visiting the store to receiving the delivery of the chairs that I bought, as well as the replacement of the faulty one, was all done very professionally with high level of customer service, even the delivery guys were friendly.... I'm proud to have Focus Furnishing within my locality as well their furnishing being of high quality and being very competitively priced.

Good furniture but all displays are priced for Only cash buyers. they Must show the real and unique price for all customers. Overcrowded and only 2 staff. No facility for parking.

We noticed the van and men next door to my parents' house. The men were excellent , approachable and very informative about the company. Bought all my bedroom furniture here. Chest of drawers and wardrobes. Very durable stuff they do. Had them since 2010. This is 2019. They're quite dear tho but it's worth it in the end. I don't know if they are still there or not but I will definitely buy from them again. They have a lot of varieties too. They're on green street near queens market. About 3mins to Upton Park Station in district line, East London.
