A. M.What a wonderful experience we had today. The store is full of so many wonderful things and the staff seem to genuinely care about the customer experience. We intended to buy just a pair of cushions but also bought the most fabulous light fitting. Oh dear, we must return to collect it another day - can’t wait! Five stars to the store and its staff!

The table was discontinued and wasn’t in store, but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, tracking down the last one in stock, having photos of it taken and emailing them over, and finally arranging its delivery to the store so we could view the item ourselves before buying. All this as if it were no trouble at all. Brilliant customer service, and a beautiful table at the end of it… Thank you!
