We ordered a sweet Fritz Hansen chaise sofa but had issue with one of the legs. The team at Haus were being extremely helpful and resolved the issue relatively quickly despite all the covid disruptions. While branded furniture are available from numerous online shops nowadays, excellent after-sale service sets Haus apart. Will definitely buy again.

Fantastic service start to finish. Furnished my apartment purely through Haus and their communication, expert design advice and of course beautifully curated Scandinavian product selection were second to none. Everything got delivered and installed in my home within the given timeframe, despite COVID. Can’t thank you enough Haus team!

A great find! I love the shops in Victoria Park village and always look in Haus when I need a gift or something for the home. Beautifully designed and carefully selected furniture. Not a massive shop but really helpful staff that know their stuff and could source everything we were after. Made no fuss about swapping something over and the sofa we ordered came in 3 weeks before the time they quoted. Great local customer service.

The customer service received from Jane this week has been really wonderful and helped me avoid ordering the wrong height of bar stools. She noticed a potential mistake on my order, flagged it up with me and helped advise me when I wasn't sure of the correct height of stool to order. a great selection of contemporary lights & furniture etc crammed beautifully into this small shop right near my local park in victoria village. great online service - quick delivery on a couple of items and the usual wait for a custom sofa - chosen after some great fabric advice...
