TLDR: Polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff. A good experience! I have been in the market a while for a new office chair, since my old Vertigear isn't as comfortable as it was a few years ago. After checking out reviews of chairs on numerous websites and on YouTube 2 brands kept coming up, one of which was Herman Miller. Most Herman Miller chairs were around the region of £1000 so I was hesitant to just order one, so I decided to see if I could visit a showroom to try them out for myself. I had been emailing the showroom and speaking to Theirny, who was very polite and helpful, to arrange to come in to test out the chairs. Unfortunately Theirny wasn't working on the day I attended but I was introduced to Roche, who was also very polite and helpful. Roche was very professional. He took me over to the chairs and showed me the Aeron and Logitech x Herman Miller Embody chair, got me to sit in both and explained how they worked and how to configure them to my preference. After trying both I knew the Aeron was definitely the one for me out of the two. Roche gave me his card and said to reply to Theirny and include himself when I was ready to purchase. I thanked him for his time and left. I did also visit the Steelcase showroom that day but those chairs were nowhere near as comfortable as the Aeron. Overall I recommend the experience to anyone on the fence about buying an office chair to know how the chair feels before buying one. As for me I will likely be buying an Aeron as it was so comfortable. Thank you again to the team at Herman Miller London for the experience.

Excellent customer service, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome when you came in. Roche, the sales room manager, was brilliant and talked us through the different options available, which was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend visiting and trying the chairs if you are planning on buying a Herman Miller chair.

I had a really positive experience at this shop. The customer service was excellent, as Roche helpfully explained the properties of each chair and helped me choose the right one for me. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave me time to try out the different chairs. The actual purchase and delivery were problem free. Highly recommend visiting the showroom, and many thanks to Roche for his advice!

Customer service was excellent and they make you feel welcomed. You are greeted immediately then signed in at reception, then followed up closely by a sales member of staff who ask you what you need a chair for, where you need it and who will be using it. You'll be sized up (some models such as the Aeron are tailored specifically to height and size) and shown through the range that matches your interest. You are told a story of how the chair came to be and why it exists - yes, each chair fulfills a purpose and in some cases overlap for their target consumer. I was shown around for myself as an individual, not for a organisation, and felt like I was being catered for almost like being tailored for a suit. Roche is the gentleman who assisted myself and helped me with good advice on posture and in recognising the environmental savvy of some models. The first choice, the Aeron, became my purchased product on a return visit to the showroom. It is clearly their crown jewel of the range, and I can confirm it is for good reason. I highly advise to visit if you are in London as you really will get a sense of which product is right for you while perhaps benefitting from a generous discount for your troubles. I would highly advise visiting as the service matches the quality of their products. I would also advise to do so with plenty of time to spare as trying a chair out can take more than 15 mins as your posterior will likely sit atop your purchase for hours during a day in your work space. I eagerly await for mine to be delivered and worn out for the next decade. My advice to the showroom is look to have time open on the weekends as if it weren't for some lucky time off I wouldn't be able to have been able to try out the chairs. A lot of people work weekdays and very much the same as the opening times. Accommodate more people and you should have plenty of happy customers. For those still unable to visit, there are other retailers that do have some of their models on display or use Herman Miller's 14 day free returns policy.

Went in today to try out a few Chairs before buying. The customer service here is first class. The two ladies who helped me were genuinely interested in making sure I got the right chair. Both were happy to spend the time and explain in great detail all the functions of the chairs. They even took the time to make a telephone call to double-check a point on their return policy and made a quick online check for the fastest delivery times available. Finally, they were also kind enough to point out the different benefits of ordering from them or a reseller. Great Service

As a couple of other reviewers have said, this is not really designed as a shop for the general public buying single items, as you have to get a security pass in reception before entering the store inside, and all sales are handled via online store. They're clearly aiming at business buyers here, buying multiples for office fit-outs. However, I went in and was quickly given a pass to check out their Aeron chairs (I knew that's what I wanted beforehand), and the staff member answered the few questions I had well enough. TBH, I should have just gone to John Lewis to try them, as you can take your time without having staff stand and watch you. But if you want to see the full HM range, then this might be the place for you.

Great showcase room open for walk-ins (just check in at the reception) with plenty of products on display: from numerous models of iconic chairs to desks. Sales assistant Aaron was mega helpful and knowledgeable and explained all there is to know about each model of Herman Miller chairs, providing demonstrations and plenty of advice. Many thanks Aaron, I appreciate your time answering all of my 100 & one questions!

I popped in here a few weeks back to have a look at their range. The gentleman I spoke with was thoroughly professional and guided me through all of the available models, patiently detailing the differences therein. One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a chair. the place is amazing they don't have sales there but they will give you advice of where to buy it, is open for the general public even if you only want to buy a single chair. the staff is amazing, super friendly, and greatly proffesional.

Great looking showroom with some good chairs, however not a walk in place for the public. If you're just looking to try a chair for yourself it might be better to look in a department store such as John Lewis.
