My partner and I recently moved into a new flat and discovered that our Lamona oven bulb glass cover was broken. I called up Howdens Acton, who informed me that the oven model is no longer in production. Despite this, they still managed to track the glass cover down, ordered it in, and gave it to us free of charge. Their communication was excellent throughout, and the Acton staff were very helpful and friendly to deal with. This was exceptional service, and we will definitely go back to them in the future.

With her in depth knowledge and expertise of the numerous kitchen styles and storage options, Zara helped design our new space to maximise its' efficiency and as we moved into the buying and delivery stage, she was always on hand to ensure last minute changes were incorporated and any issues were resolved.
