Broadly speaking very happy with Howdens experience. Quality and variety of the units has been pretty good and convenience of getting swaps and returns at short notice is also great compared to other places where there may be long lead times etc. We dealt with Huney who was receptive to emails and communicative. Tall Romanian guy with long hair (forget name!) would always go out of his way for customers. Dealt with out last minute changes very professionally. We were given a used appliance which was exchanged without issues. - Not a huge amount of transparency with pricing for the consumer. - Limited parking on site - Barnet branch have a beer fridge! Combining price X quality x convenience X service X range etc I would definitely go back and use them again.

The service in this shop is second to none! Hailey has been extremely helpful through the whole process, from the site visit to take measurements, through planning and design of the kitchen, and after the sale when we needed a couple of pieces replaced post-fitting. I would definitely come back to this branch if I ever needed a new kitchen!

As a homeowner Howdens is always challenging as it built for trade. This depot is relatively small with limited showroom pieces of the available collection. The guy talking to us was really really helpful but hindered by what was available to hand.
