Now there was nothing smooth about the delivery of my kitchen, it came on two different dates despite having booked and paid two weeks in advance - no one informed me that the whole kitchen wouldn't be delivered on the day I'd booked for it to come, and I had to phone up to find out that information. Several items were delivered damaged and had to be swapped. I also ended up having to send several items back on my own dime. However, despite all this, call me a mad woman but I'd still order another kitchen from Howdens because a) my kitchen looks phenomenal, b) it was cheaper than wren/magnet, c) it came much quicker than other companies d) the customer service I received from Jaber was beyond superb and Chris was super helpful processing my return. The only thing that has stopped me from leaving a one star review is the customer service and the fact in the end after the hiccups, I do have a kitchen that I am very very happy with.

I phoned but they were busy. However, Doulla called me back shortly after as they had caller ID and must have seen my missed call, Brilliant service. She answered all my questions and sent me a quote. I have also spoken with Paul and Chris. They have all been friendly, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even the delivery guy who came today went out of his way to help. Thank you guys.

This is the second kitchen that I've had through Howdens. The first was recommended buy a builder who recommended them. He like them, as the units were pre built and solid. 9 years on the kitchen still looks good and had lasted well. We've just bought a new house and we decided to buy a new kitchen through Howdens again. A guy called Harry came to measure up. He was really good, he came up with a number of great solutions to an awkward space. He also came back to double check his measurements after the walls were re-plastered. I liked the there was no hard sell. We only ended up buying the units and went else where for the appliances and work tops. He gave us a good price on the kitchen and kept up to date on the deliver, and was around when ever I had any queries. I been very impressed with the level of service ,and the kitchen units them self. If you do go for a Howdens kitchen, you should ask for a guy called Harry a very nice hard working chap. I'll add some pictures of the kitchen soon.

I went into Howdens and I was served my an incredible assistant called Maggie. I think every employer would dream of having someone like her, she was absolutely amazing and should get promoted as the service was outstanding!
