M.Not only are the chairs amazingly comfortable (I cant live without my chair, which is now over two years old) but also customer service is fantastic. I needed a part replaced (covered by the companies amazing guarantee) and within a couple of days an engineer delivered and fitted the part - very professional. Big thank you to Humanscale, especially Paul (UK Engineering Operations Manager) and Kevin (Engineer).
If you are sitting on the fence about purchasing a chair - all I can say from personal experience is that its a great investment and highly recommended.
J.Beautifully-designed and well-made products. And extremely efficient and helpful after-sales service. Would give six stars if I could! I bought one of their office chairs and a footstool through John Lewis, and they're both best in class and great value for money.
