Approx one year on from purchasing. I want to say that I cannot fault this company when it comes to the actual purchase, the communication and delivery was spot on. Drivers were great, and on the surface our bed looked great. One year on and the divan is completely caved in on top which has resulted in an aching back and a bed that creaks during the night and wakes both of us up. So in summary, great customer service, but the actual product leaves a lot to be desired.

They have got really great offers and delivered the order on time. I have ordered a Micro-pocket mattress and got a bed frame for free. Just one suggestion, please get 1800 number if possible. Keep it up guys...

Purchased a 4ft 6 mattress from here late March, within 3 months it started sagging in 2 places, a couple of photos and a few emails, they decided to exchange for a different model. This company offers excellent customer service, next time I need a mattress it will be coming from Laywell beds.
