I have been looking for the perfect Adirondack set of chairs, footstools and table for a while now. I came across Lordship Chairs whose products looked like exactly what I’d been searching for, so I called them to get further details on the items. From the very first call, Bernard was more than happy to fully answer any questions. This made me feel very comfortable to proceed with my purchase, and I’m so glad that I did. The chairs, footstools and table are absolutely beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and really well made (just as the website describes); and they arrived fully assembled so even better (as I didn’t have to go down the DIY route of putting them all together). I truly cannot fault Lordship Chairs. Excellent products and top quality, 5-star customer service. I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more! This is an extremely professional company with high levels of integrity, who deliver fantastic products, and who really do put their customers first. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Thanks again Bernard!

I bought a pair of chairs with footstools and table as an anniversary present for my husband and they are, without doubt, the most comfortable garden chairs we’ve ever owned. I cannot praise this company enough, both for the quality of their garden furniture, and for their customer care. I had several questions and requests throughout the purchasing process, but nothing was too much trouble, and I felt as if my custom was valued. The chair/footrest/table was delivered today (free delivery, something else you don't get very often) and it was well packaged but easy to remove from the box. The quality and workmanship is amazing, and is also beautiful to look at. There are cheaper chairs for sale, but I have never seen any that comes close to matching this, definitely worth the money. I have to also give a big thank you to Bernard Hibbs, he helped me through the whole process in a way that you rarely see nowadays, and even phoned me to ask if I had received it ok. I have given this review 5 stars, but that doesn't come close to my experience with Lordship Chairs!
