We are absolutely delighted by the end product. The service has been amazing from the beginning to the end and the quality of the product is outstanding. Alessandra has been amazing, professional and dedicated. She took the time to understood what we wanted and she assisted us to design the bookshelf unit that we wanted. The installation from Marco was great and the customer service and follow-up from Andrea throughout the process perfect. I highly recommend.

I've ordered a changing table from Pali on 22 May; a few days after the order, I was sent an email with an estimated date of arrival, which should have been end of June; with big surprise I was contacted last week to confirm that the product was going to be delivered this week, and in fact it arrived today; I really liked the product, really good material and nice looking; it arrived partly assembled, which I wasn't expecting, but I definitely appreciated. I also appreciated the fact that I was kept updated at all times; Alessandra has been wonderful in ensuring all my questions were answered.

We’re delighted that our new Italian Living furniture is successfully installed. We were looking for a very contemporary media wall unit but we were uncertain about what was possible to fit on our internal wall. Andrea and Marco helped us through the design and technical decisions and were both very patient while we made up our minds. On installation day, Marco moved the electrics and completed a big job in one day. The finish was excellent and we now need to order a top end TV to complete the job. Very highly recommended.

We purchased quite a few items from My Italian Living for our new house (living room, dining snd bedroom furniture). We were extremely happy and impressed by the service from the start to end, truly one of the best companies we’ve dealt with, we would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others. Andrea was very quick to respond to all our queries and extremely patient with us (we were not easy clients, we changed our minds quite a few times). Andrea really helped us choose the items, showed us lot of various options and colours. He truly assisted us in putting our ideas together, designing the layout of the furniture and matching colours together. Throughout the process he kept us up to speed with the progress of the delivery and in fact a lot of the items arrived sooner than we expected and before our renovation work was completed so we kindly asked for the delivery of some items to be delayed and they were able accommodate this for us. The delivery and installation service was also amazing, the team were very professional and efficient, they did an awesome job. At the end we absolutely loved all the items that we purchased, extremely high quality and stylish pieces, we really cannot recommend the company enough, both the service and the quality of the brands that they source. I ordered a beautiful glass table from this Company on-line during lockdown. The purchase procedure was seamless, and the table was delivered and set up quite quickly. I noticed the glass had a few scratches and glue could be seen under the glass. I contacted Andrea and he liaised with the Company and managed to get the glass top changed. Iam now very happy with my table. Communication with Andrea has been outstanding. I would highly recommend using My Italian Living for your high end furniture.

I read the reviews online before deciding to use My Italian Living. Pricing for my furniture choice was excellent so I decided to give this company a go. Andrea was very professional and efficient at all times. Communication was again excellent . This is necessary and reassuring when using a company that you haven’t used before .I opted for a white glove delivery , this was definitely worth it , having the furniture delivered to an upstairs room . Mirror fixed to the wall and all packaging taken away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on my experience . Thank you My Italian LIving!

I’ve purchased a sofa bed for our newly decorated living room from My Italian Living and it was delivered this week. I am absolutely in love with it, you can’t beat the comfort and the design made in Italy. It’s even better in real life from what I was expecting, very soft to touch fabric and enjoyable to seat on. I love my unit! 5 star service - Andrea was very patient and persevered with my back and forth. I am very appreciative for the personal touch as he came to assess the space before hand. His recommendation for fitter was also great and assembled the unit in record time - but at a premium price. Delivery took a while but that was due to the manufacturer in Italy. Otherwise all great.

We are thrilled with our new table from Calligaris. Andrea has been very professional and had exactly what we wanted; an extending table that was sufficiently compact to not swamp our living space. The ceramic top means that we have less worry about heat or stain of vines damages. The service was professional and the delivery efficient, coming just before Christmas as promised. Back in July I bought a beautiful Cattelan Table from these guys and I love it - its the perfect statement piece for our Kitchen/diner. Dealt with a lovely Italian chap Andrea over the telephone who really knew his stuff, I didnt really know what i wanted, I just knew I wanted something that would stand out. He carefully explained all the tables and the different finishes etc so that i had enough knowledge to make an informed choice. Delivery day went really well - the two lovely chaps that delivered the table spent ages making sure it was in the right place. Would highly recommend.

Excellent product and service We ordered a dining table from My Italian Living and, without being able to see the finished product, were reliant on the sales team for guidance on finishes etc. Jelani was extremely helpful and sent through samples very quickly and answered our many questions patiently! Once ordered, we were kept informed of delivery times etc by Jelani who was also very helpful. The table arrived and was quickly assembled by the delivery team. We are so pleased with it, it looks fantastic and is of very good quality. We would highly recommend My Italian Living and will definitely use them again for large item furniture purchases.

Ravello classic wrought iron Bed. The whole experience fro start to finish has been most pleasurable, the communication from Andrea and other members @ MIL have been fantastic, any problems that were encountered were soon quickly rectified, the product quality is second to none, and the delivery and the furniture Technicians, spot on. First class company and great products We had wanted some modern, high end cabinets, 2 sideboards and 1 dining table for a room we were totally revamping. Finding nothing locally and after searching for many hours on the internet we finally came across My Italian Living and their Italian ‘Dall'agnese"’ furniture. Made to order we had to wait 2 months for delivery but were kept in touch regularly and finally the pieces were delivered a couple of weeks back. There was an issue with one item but the effort and support to resolve a difficult issue by the team at My Italian Living was far beyond any other remote/internet purchase I have made. Really pleased with the cabinets which look stunning.
