Great experience :) Natalia guided me through the process to order my Thermomix, which arrived within 2 days!!! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the demonstration. Natalia covered all the basics and shared some useful cooking tips, plus we learned a very quick recipe for a delicious and healthy hummus :) The regular updates on all the latest news and offers are also very much appreciated.

If you ever thought about buying a Thermomix, you must meet Natalia!. She is so talented and knowledgable about Thermomix and cooking. Her support prior, during and after makes the whole Thermomix experience incredible easy and full of support. Great product and great demonstration! I ended up buying the Thermomix the day after we had the demonstration and I can’t imagine my kitchen without it! From the moment I sent the enquire online (I am based in the U.K.), Natalia got in touch with me directly in a few hours and gave me some information on the demonstration. Once we decided on a date for the at home demonstration (she was very happy to work around our schedule), she sent over a list of recipes to choose from for the event. I am gluten free, so she kindly looked for recipes that accommodate my dietary requirements. On the date of the demonstration she arrived on time at our place, we bought all the necessary ingredients prior to the event and we cracked on straightaway with the cooking. She gave us in the meantime some practical advice on cooking settings and general maintenance of the Thermomix that we have been using since.
