Exceptional service, product and installation. Designers were extremely patient and talented in helping me get the design spot on. Product is very high end and bespoke with fitting service to match. After much scouting the market, settled on Neatsmith who came recommended from family members and had a great set of reviews. Bought several fitted pieces including dressing tables and a combination of hinged and sliding wardrobes. Was a bit apprehensive about the sliding doors but the mechanism is as good as I've seen. Quality throughout is excellent with everything feeling solid and looking beautiful. My own dealing was with the Finchley Road team. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

They do great bespoke closets. We got floor-to-ceiling closets done in two rooms of our new house, and they did a beautiful job! Two years later the rolling panels work just as smoothly as the day we bought them. Would recommend to anyone.

The service was exceptional, and the wardrobes are really beautiful. We had one open dressing room fitted and one large set of mirrored door wardrobes. I am surprised at how hard wearing the internals are - I have dropped wooden hangers and pulled hard objects out of drawers and not a scratch. The mirror doors are pricier than many of the other options but they are exquisite. The design service is brilliant and thank you especially to Mariana (Finchley) for her professionalism and flexibility - I went through half a dozen design changes (over 12 months!!) and she updated the quotations every time without complaint. Very very happy.

Great service throughout and beautiful wardrobes - not a glitch. We have just used them again and cannot recommend them highly enough. A life organised… Amazing service from the beginning and simply beautiful craftsmanship, been a pleasure to be a customer of Neatsmith. After a lengthy search for a Wardrobe that was a little bit different/special I came across the guys at Neatsmith, the website is just a peak to what they can offer, went to the showroom in Finchley where there was an array of finishes on display and the friendly staff were really helpful in advising on the layout and features of my Wardrobe. When it came to fitting the job wasn’t rushed and that shows in the quality of the fit and finish, the end results makes it look like part of the room. The extra features such as the LED lights, double mirrors and in built laundry basket add a touch of luxury to the room. Can’t beat being able to design a Wardrobe from the ground up to suit your lifestyle, thanks Neatsmith team, highly recommended.
