The whole process was really straight forward, they were able to get it to me so quickly, within one week. Upon delivery they came into the house and set it up very quickly. I couldn't recommend them any more highly!

M. L.I have scoliosis, 2 slipped discs in the lumbar area and a chronic tilt in my pelvis. I need a very firm mattress. Been looking for one over the past eight years with very very lame results. Until I visited North London Furniture. Made an appointment with Mark via email 3 days before. He knew what I was after and as soon as I got there he showed and made me try what he defined, and I quote “the firmest mattress on the market” and boy was he right!!! No give whatsoever almost like sleeping on the floor but a lot more comfortable despite the unbelievable firmness. I am very happy with my purchase and can’t recommend Mark and his shop highly enough.
i. k.I was having difficulty in purchasing a good quality double bed mattress which could be delivered as a matter of urgency. I happened to see the store, went in, had a chat with Mark and agreed the purchase of a good quality mattress. Obviously it is also nice to get something at a discounted price. Mark asked for only a nominal deposit and it was delivered free two days later, when I paid the remainder of the purchase price. The mattress I agreed to buy arrived fully wrapped in sealed polythene and was obviously brand new. Excellent service and highly recommended.
V. T.I went in here Saturday spoke to the lady who was very busy but went out of her way to help me even with my 2 boys running up and down, I went home looked online and see some bad reviews!! Went back Monday and the man was so helpful too took his time even though he was bringing in delivery’s. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase the price delivery everything was spot on and even the delivery men very cheerful and polite. Would defo come back to you for more furniture thank you so much I love my bed and mattress 😁
