Found Old Boot Sofas from a search for good looking furniture. Lots of choice, but the Howard range of sofas ticked the boxes for us. We viewed in store so we could check it was the one and then to choose the right leather. The service there was great. We chose the snuggler and the 2 seater. Good follow ups to keep us updated on progress. A bit of a wait, but worth it! Delivery was excellent too, with, again, great service. Thoroughly recommend Old Boot Sofas. Phil and Anne

We bought the Hepburn 3 Seater Sofa online. We are absolutely delighted with it. The leather is so soft, it looks (and smells) amazing. It was delivered to us six days after purchase and the delivery company unpacked and fixed the legs for us. We are really pleased with the whole process, can't recommend this company or their furniture enough!!

Bought two different sofa's, an Alfie and an old lace with a gap of severals months between the purchases. They came on time, seem reasonable quality and comfy. Some confusion about what leather they were actually made of, one of them is not the leather it was sold as, but i think is a more expensive variant. I noticed that the underneath covers are not well stapled to the frames so I suspect that the upholstering and construction is not great however the leathers are good and the sofas are very heavy which hopefully is a sign of good frame quality. I found the firesafety labels glued onto the undersides of the sofas, I would have preferred stitching. I'm hoping they last a long time and prove to be good value, but I am not convinced that they will. Pre and after sales support has been ok, although they needed a little persuasion to actually help me with an issue, and in the end I fixed it myself.

I was very happy with my purchase. The staff is very helpful, and more important the sofa was just as described, very good quality and beautiful. I received a leather sample by post which was very helpful. I wanted a good quality chesterfield and couldn’t find anywhere else a sofa so well made and for a good price. I highly recommend them!

Amazing sofa. Outstanding service! Ordered a beautiful sofa bed a couple of years ago from Old Boot. The sofa arrived in good time and we are still delighted with it. However after a family visit this year we noticed that the bed mechanism wasn't working properly and I contacted the company to ask for advice on how to potentially fix this problem. Without hesitation they sent one of their team over to inspect the bed then replaced the whole internal bed unit and did this all for no additional charge. Thank you so much!

We bought a sofa from Old Boot just over a year ago and last week we got a bad chocolate stain on the leather cushion. Someone sat on a chocolate on the cushion which melted into the leather. I contacted Old Boot and they asked me to send the cushion cover to their factory where they removed the stain and returned the cushion free of charge. Absolutely outstanding customer service. As was the service when we bought the sofa. I cannot recommend Old Boot highly enough.
