A. G.I was a bit nervous about ordering from sofa workshop having read some of the negative experiences below but have to say that my experience so far has been fantastic. Having expressed my apprehension, i received a phone call from David who was personable, empathetic, rational and considered in the way he addressed my misgivings. Thereafter my dealings with Jenny the sales rep managing my order have been smooth and obstacle free. She has been very responsive, helpful and reliable and is a pleasure to deal with. So far they have delivered on all their promises. We love the sofa and chair we have purchased.
L. M.I wish to tell you that 17yrs ago I bought a large 3 seater sofa and a chair. Each coming out as a Sofa bed but this was not obvious.
I saw this in the shop in a VERY PALE PINK.
Whatever came over I dont know but I bought it. 3 cats and 3 grandchildren later it is as beautiful as ever. The pink has very slightly lightened as the cushion covers have gone through several washes over the years.
Highly recommended by Me.

W. N.Great Un-pushy service from Habeeb who left me to check out sofas on my own after he'd given me the ones to look at which met our size and type requirements. Didn't try to push a sale there and then but happy to let me leave to think about it. Big contrast with other sofa shops on this street ( DFS the parent company of Sofa Workshop please note!). We came back the next day, ordered two sofas and a discounted storage footstool - so well done Habeeb and SW. Should add these were to replace two similar sofas we've had for 12 years ( including use by two sets of tenants!) from Sofa Workshop. So quality of construction and upholstery shows.
B. J.Very helpful staff, patiently talked us through the process. Good range of sofas, lots of fabric choice. Many sofas can be broken into parts, access check can be performed for a small fee.
