We ordered our sofa at the end of Feb, so weren't expecting it until May. But got a call last week saying it was ready and they were even willing to deliver it on the bank holiday! Arrived today and so pleased with it, really happy with the service!

I can't think of a bad thing to say about Lounge Co. Our sofa "Lola" is the most comfortable thing ever and their customer service has been second to none. We moved into a new build and we had our sofa on delayed delivery after hold ups in our completion date for over three months and there was never any issue and it meant we had a sofa three days after we moved in. Everyone from their store staff to the delivery drivers were professional, helpful and great to work with. I would 100% buy from them again and it was worth every penny.

Such a beautiful, stylish shop! They've really thought long and hard about what makes a good shopping experience. Staff are lovely and very knowledgeable about their products. There's take away swatches and little description leaflets on each style of chair and sofa. I went in to be nosey as it's a completely new brand and came out with a new sofa on order! I will return…I'll need a bigger house!!

This is surely the best sofa store in London! I've been to quite a few and compared to all the other sofa stores, the sofas really do look and feel so different. Company is owned by G Plan and Parker Knoll, which explains why they are so practical, comfortable, superior quality and beautifully designed. The fabrics are amazing quality but when you sit on the sofas they really ARE comfortable which is a rarity for me. Most sofas just look pretty but when you sit in them, the cushions squash down to nothing and you're left sitting on a cushion with no support back and bum support! Even the prices are not made up. I guarantee you will not find a better store then this. They do this amazing child friendly fabric using Aqua Clean technology which literally makes most stains dissappear with just water. I tried a sample with pen marks, ketchup and beetroot juice and with just a damp cloth everything wiped away leaving not one strain. This alone has convinced me never to buy a sofa with scotch guard. Im planning on buying some bedroom chairs and only wished I'd found this store last year when I dropped nearly 4k on my sofas from an upmarket high street store. Could of saved a grand and bought better sofas!

Just taken delivery of the stylish Jacob Chair. Staff were fantastic throughout the process and very knowledgeable. After sales service was also great. Received a call once the order was placed to confirm the best delivery date for me. Got another call the day before to book a timed delivery slot, got a call the morning of the delivery from the drivers to check all was still Ok to deliver that day and another call when they were 10 mins away. They took care of everything and even unwrapped and took away all the packaging. Fantastic Service, great look quality products and I would recommend The Lounge Co. to all my friends.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Great product for a great price too. Even when we realised we made the wrong choice in selecting the colour of the feet for the sofa, they agreed to exchange them free of charge. I cannot fault any part of my experience with them.
