I had WR design and craft a new kitchen more than a year ago. It is absolutely sublime and remains as perfect as the day they finished fitting it. So many visitors have come in and said "Wow!" I love spending time in that space. I marvel at the brilliant use of space, the clever touches and incredible action on drawers and doors. The likes of Bulthaup and Eggersmann kitchens cannot touch WR - this is a completely higher level.
Brilliantly pro-active on the design side. Incredibly efficient on the fit. WR were on time every morning and left the site clean and tidy every night.
I am in complete agreement with the other reviewers - choosing WR is one of the best decisions that you can make.
In case you are wondering - I am not related to anyone at WR, but it is only right that true professionalism gets the credit it deserves. I am sorry I did not give them a review a year ago, but I have come to appreciate WR's work even more in that time.

My wife and I had a bespoke kitchen from William Ridout in November 2013 and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. Everything about the delivery from end-to-end was faultless and a stark / refreshing contrast to the "customer service" we received over the years from many other contractors.
That the work and craftsmanship is of the highest quality goes without saying. OUr kitchen looks absolutely magnificent with a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics. Joe and Al were certainly adept and finding solutions to various design conundrums along the way, enabling us to truly maximise the functionality / space.
In addition to the above, which you might reasonably except for a high-end product, the customer service we received was truly unparalleled. to give an example, our hand-painted wall unit was not drying properly (even though we had chosen pricy farrow and ball paints). This meant that, even after a week, the surface was still tacky and not at all conducive to storing plates, etc. Rather than carry on with additional coats regardless and leave a sub-standard finish that would be highly prone to chipping and marking, Joe & Al bought two other cans of the same paint from different batches to try, contacted F&B's technical department to discuss the issue and, when all else failed, researched two other high quality paint brands to identify close possible matches to our chosen colour and found details of local stockists BEFORE bringing the issue to our attention. They then completed the job using an almost identical paint, which we were able to source based on their research.
This is just one of several examples where they went above and beyond the original scope, at no extra cost, to ensure we got the very highest quality finish.
I would use Williams Ridout again in a heartbeat and could not recommend them highly enough.

Joe and Alistair and the team at WR are the most consummate craftsmen, dedicated to their work regardless of the time or effort it might take to achieve their incredible level of perfection, and all at astonishingly reasonable costs. The kitchen they built and installed for us - using unusual or rare woods which involved a lot of experimentation beforehand - is a model of beauty and harmony. Joe's eye for design and detail is extraordinary, and Alistair's skill in crafting wood and executing Joe's designs is utterly remarkable. Their ability to understand a client's brief and interpreting what they want is disarming, as is their charm and perennial joviality throughout the entire process from initial meeting to completion; even when we requested changes to design or installation they were entirely understanding and obliging (just keep their teacups filled). Their work is of the highest standard and to collaborate with them on any project of any size is a total pleasure. We are now scratching our heads to think what else we can get WR to do for us so as to get them back, and would not hesitate for a nanosecond to recommend them to anyone who appreciates traditional values of skill, craftsmanship, great modern design, dedication, good humour, friendliness, and respect of client's wishes. Their pride in their work is total and engrossing, as will be anyone's experience of them and their superb work.

Simply exquisite. Selecting WR is by far, one of the best decisions we have ever made. The process was fantastic and the attention to detail was beyond anything we could have ever hoped for. It almost seems silly to type but, there isn't a day that goes by where the kitchen doesn't fill us with joy. Thanks guys. You earned every last penny! Gary & Maria

Williams Ridout designed, fitted and built a dressing room for us recently and the quality is excellent. We were thinking of going with a bigger supplier who specialises in dressing rooms, but the personal service and attention to detail made us very happy that we went with WR instead.

Perfect in every single detail.
