Went to Maidstone branch after getting a very helpful insight from the Canterbury branch yesterday. Excellent customer service from Nigel Eves and Graeme both. d.Visited today for options for a mobility scooter. Was dealt with by Hannah. She was friendly and knowledgeable explaining the pros and cons of their scooters. I enjoyed not having to contend with a hard sell. Overall a very good experience
C. H.What a Lovely, Lovely experience!! Tamara at the Maidstone location was so knowledgeable and was not afraid to seek out the answers to information that was not so clear. I walked in for canes and walked out with a whole lot of independence. What I enjoyed was that she was able to talk me through what I needed and listened to me talk on and on until I after much patience (and even impatience, rudeness, and criticism of her male colleague). It is not often that you meet with CSR's that take time to understand their customers needs rather than shying away particularly when some topics are quite personal. Thank you Tamara,
