M. M.Maidstone branch were very helpful with friendly staff. Furniture delivered in a week and placed inside required room . Noticed there was damage to one of the chairs but Homeplus rectified this and offered a replacement which we collected the following week. would recommend and definitely buy again from them.
d. l.Tash and Rachel were extremely helpful when we visited the Maidstone store. When they couldnt supply what we waited they then checked to find out if the items we wanted were on order and when the store would receive them.. When it became clear that the items were not on an order to be delivered they proceeded to ring round several stores to source the items. Ater about 45mins we left the store with all the items traced and on order to be delivered. Excellent service.Thank you.
