Rasa was excellent from initial advice to completion of the order. Our 1m bench was a gift for a special birthday, with a heart chosen to remind us that it came with love from the whole family. The bench is very solid (and very heavy), well made and a lovely colour in the sunshine. A great addition to our garden!

We created 'The Boardwalk' just by the river and realised something was missing and then we found The Rustic Company through a recommendation from a friend and chose these two beautiful and very charming benches that just look like they were meant to be in this position. We held our wedding reception garden party at our property 4 weeks ago and they were used by so many of our guests and one of the things I love about them is that you can fit 3 or 4 people on them and because they don't have arms on them you can also fit a small one on the end. They are weathering very well and if it's possible becoming more gorgeous. We are now in the process of ordering another one to add to our collection and dealing with Rasa from The Rustic Company is a pleasure, they are so helpful and actually listen to what we want. Rasa couldn't have been more helpful, the bench is of the highest quality, solid and a great design with traditional wooden dowels, so nothing to rust, fitted the setting perfectly, a lovely birthday treat, all washed down with a refreshing beverage!!!

Purchased a 2m straight oak bench and the actual product is just as good as it looks on the pictures. Dealing with Rasa at the Rustic Company was an absolute pleasure. I ordered a personalised Oak Banana Bench for my dads 80th birthday and I couldn't be happier with the end product - it's absolutely stunning! The customer service was exceptional. Rasa kept me informed with progress along the way, even sending me little videos of it being made, engraved and even when she she was waving it off on the lorry to be delivered. Over the moon with our banana benches. Craftsmanship is amazing (wooden pegs rather than metal screws/bolts) and each bench is unique. Had been looking for something that made me think WOW. These were similarly priced to the same old garden benches that you see at every garden centre, but real oak, solid and WOW. Each bench is over 100kgs. What a great company. We bought a 6ft solid oak banana bench to go at the bottom of the garden to remember my late grandma. The bench came really well packed on a pallet and weighs a ton! Took 2 people to manoeuvre it into place. I had read other reviews regarding the rustic company and I spoke with Rasa who was immensely helpful all the way through. They take debit card over the phone and although I am fully aware of scams, this business is far from a scam firm. The goods arrived and we are so so impressed with them. If you are wanting something that little bit different then this company needs to be looked at. Very impressed and will bear in mind for future purchases. Thanks Rasa

Lovely oak straight wooden bench, which as others have commented is really really heavy and needed two strong people to shift into place (luckily my delivery chaps were amenable for a few quid extra). Product is great and Rasa / the company were very friendly and very easy to deal with. Lead times for supply were quite long so plan ahead. The reason I have dropped a star is around delivery for the bench, as basically you have to sort this yourself (although Rasa has helpful with advice / contacts) and it is quite expensive. I think this could be made clearer up front.
