Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. They managed to squeeze us in last minute for a fitting which we were extremely grateful being heavily pregnant. A few days after the fitting the carpet went slightly slack in areas due to the change in temperature where the carpet had warmed up. As soon as we emailed the shop they came out a few days after to adjust, no issues at-all. we would definitely recommend, we were really happy with the service and friendliness of the staff.

I chose CS flooring because they are a one stop shop where I can go back to if I have any issues with materials or installation. Grant came out to measure and quote for laminate flooring all through my apartment and came back to install a few days later. His team did a superb job first taking up the old carpets and then fitting the laminate, it took them two days to finish leaving me with exactly the high quality installation and look I expected. Thank you guys! Just to add to this I was so pleased with CS flooring I used them again to install laminate flooring in my other flat and they again did a fantastic high quality job for me. Thanks again.

Overall, CS flooring offered a good, accessible job without the long wait other fitters may have. My floors look nice at first look but there could be better attention to detail, my stairs for instance look more like DYI rather than a professional job. The trims and door plates used become easily detached and I don’t see them lasting long. Having had laminate previously, I know finishes can be done to a higher standard. Once the job was completed it was also really hard to schedule a visit to repair some of these issues. This would have probably been a 5-star review if the above would have been solved. I would recommend them for small jobs but given my experience, not for bigger ones. True customer. Unfortunately, pictures would not upload.

Excellent workmanship. I would highly recommend CS Flooring. From my initial visit to the shop where Richard gave me very helpful advice on the different aspects of flooring on offer and their suitability for covering pretty much the whole of my house, to Grant's initial visit & consultation and lastly but certainly not least the task of installing the luxury vinyl flooring, the whole process has been courteous, friendly and extremely professional. The new floor looks simply stunning and I am one delighted customer.

Just simply brilliant! Grant and his team done an immaculate job of our laminate flooring in our living room/bottom of staircase with some awkward cuts especially with the beading around uneven skirts and architraves but Grant and his team made it look easy and had it all done in just less than 3 hours. Cant fault these guys what so ever, reasonable prices, nice fellas to talk to, quality workmanship and Grant even worked around my schedule with work to get my flooring done on a date that suited me! I will definitely be using again, thanks a lot lads! 5* all round!

We had our entire ground floor redone last November. The fitters were fantastic - very friendly & efficient - the job was done in a couple of days & the guys even helped me move the heavier bits of furniture back at the end. The finished floor looks fantastic & the price was very reasonable - would highly recommend!

Grant and his team have just put down laminate flooring in my conservatory. I have to say, I'm delighted with the work and would recommend them to anyone. Grant and his team jumped in on our job last minute after we we're let down by the person supposed to be putting down our laminate. And what a blessing in disguise!!! CS Flooring did an absolute outstanding job and they arrived promptly and finished the laminate in living room and diner in only 4 hours. They have put down the laminate to an immaculate standard and I am extremely chuffed with the result. Also communicating with them beforehand was brilliant and calls were always answered or in case it wasn't possible straight away, Grant rang us back to arrange time and date for the flooring to be put down. Laminate flooring install kitchen/living room ~30m2 Flooring not only did Grant give us a competitive quote he went above and beyond in giving us truly expert advice on the range of flooring available and what would fit our needs. Friendly and easy to communicate with, his 30 odd years experience in the flooring trade certainly showed.Him and his team did an excellent job installing. Fitted living room and kitchen floor in half a day to a very high standard. On top of this their shop in Droylsden is a treasure trove of different flooring so you can go down and check most samples out. And only 20p to park across the road - smashing :) Cheers guys!

We actually came across CS flooring from a Facebook/google search and we popped in to have a look and see if they had what we wanted. From the moment we went into the shop you can tell it’s a family business and they want to meet your needs and get things right. Grant who sold us the floor was actually here to fit it too. We encountered a problem with the subfloor when we lifted the original floor laid by previous owners but was no problem to Grant at all an was basically met with ‘don’t worry we will sort it’. CS flooring have sorted it perfectly and we absolutely love the new flooring. If you have stumbled on this page while searching for the floor you want, stop looking get in touch with them they will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. We seriously cannot praise them enough. Finally I am not being paid for this review - I’m just really that happy with my new floor.

I went to the store to look at different floor materials on recommendation from another store and after a chat with Grant decided to have my new floors installed by CS flooring. My overall experience is a mixed bag, would have been a 5 star review if it had not been for the issues around the wonky area at the door (see below). Negatives: 1. The quote increased by 25% after viewing the flat which I thought was a bit steep, having described the layout of the flat before. 2. The area around the entrance door had to be fitted with a sunk in floormatt as the door itself is a fire door and could not be cut (I had the floor put on top of the old one). This decision was made on the day the work was done and not mentioned at all on the initial inspection of the site which, I felt was a bit disappointing (I would have thought this should be obvious to an expert and could have been discussed before). 3. The area for the floormatt has been cut out very obviously wonky. When I highlighted this the response was very apologetic and I was promised this would be fixed ASAP. The work was carried out late November so I suggested it could be done after xmas, however, I was told it would be done 'as soon as we can, we aim to provide the best service possible and feel you should't have to wait any longer than is absolutely necessary'. Unfortunately, despite three emails we are now three months down the line and it has not been done. In fact, my last email has been ignored. I have given up on this now and will look for another company to do this. 4. I had skirting boards installed and was told that I only had to seal them. I was very confused to find some parts of the skirting boards sealed already when others were not. Overall it felt like that part of the job was done a bit half hearted. Positives: 1. The team lead by Grant are very nice and pleasant. 2. The remainder of the work is to my satisfaction, the floor looks great. 3. There was a problem with my concierge allowing the company access to the flat on the first appointment to install the floors and unfortunately, the team had to leave without being able to access the flat. Grant responded very professional to this situation, which I much appreciate.

Damen Bramwell – 5 starGrant and his team fitted laminate flooring in my lounge room and kitchen and new carpets in my spare bedroom and stairwell. The floor in my living room was slightly uneven and after fitting he told me if I had any problems with it to let him know and he'd sort it out. After a few months one piece split. I contacted Grant and again he came round, sorted out the uneven surface and relaid the affected parts. He even left me with a spare pack of the Ashton Oak as they no longer sell the product so I have spares if ever anything goes wrong down the line which I cant see anyway but a nice touch. I used these guys to replace carpets in a property I just purchased. I would use them again, they price matched against carpet right and then came and measured up so all in all good job in a timely manner. Took old carpet away as part of price. My only slight criticism is they did leave a bit of a mess, had to hoover the new carpets as they were covered in fluff and a few small offcuts also my living room where they had prepared it so not a 100% tidy job.

I keep coming back to CS Flooring as the price does not equal the quality. After seeing comparable workmen at my home and pitting the quality of work against CS Flooring, it's quite obvious that there is companies out there just out to rip you off. I would highly recommend CS Flooring, but I also recommend you get in quick before they realise how competitive they are.
