Excellent company to deal with. I have the Hercules Gazebo® S32 Steel model 3m x 3m and this gazebo can take a beating. I've had it around 3 years or so and today I took delivery of a replacement roof panel. I decided to leave it out all year just for my own curiosity and it was doing excellent until I was removing snow off it and I managed to push the broom handle through the roof and tearing it. Lesson learned not to leave it out all year 😁 I can't fault this gazebo. 10 out of 10 👍

Recently bought a Hercules Titan and I am blown away by the quality of this product. I've bought 3 gazebos in the past few years and all failed in light winds with velcro ripping of canvas, metal sides collapsing and covers that are paper thin and tear easily. The Titan is as is name suggests, superior to others and rock solid. I phoned Hercules at Denton who didn't actually have one in stock, but built one up using cover from another model. Cannot fault them or their product. I cannot recommended them highly enough. A very happy customer.

If you require a gazebo, look no further, these are the very strongest of non-commercial gazebos that I both have found and owned. One small observation is that the plastic roof attachments/hooks are not of the same quality as the frame, they often fail in the slightest of winds.
