Absolutely fantastic customer service generally every time I’ve ever ordered but most recently I ordered a double bed and mattress and due to miscommunication and wrong phone numbers the bed hadn’t been delivered on the day I had thought was arranged. On calling Loft to find out what had happened I was especially stressed as I had guests arriving that evening with nowhere to sleep and it was already 4.45. The team went out of their way to help resolve the situation by personally collecting a new temporary bed and mattress and hand delivering it themselves! Just amazing 🤩 especially Maddie and Astarday! They deserve the most praise, best customer service ever!!! Above and beyond my expectations!
