It's very refreshing in today's business climate to get high quality service "with a smile" from staff who clearly know their product and from the 1st initial email to sales aftercare from Cathy the service has been superb. Aside from exceptional service the product quality and pricing is a level above similar products in the industry. The panel is absolutely top quality (especially for the price) and the build quality is top notch. The ordering process came as a very pleasant surprise. We are used to getting a mail to confirm an order when we have shopped online, but to have one at every stage of the process.. confirmation of order, build begun, delivery dispatch (complete with tracking details).. well, that was the icing on a most delightful shopping experience. Excellent all round! We haven't used Panel Warehouse previously and needed some screens for an office upgrade, all delivered on time, but one panel damaged. We reported this and a new panel was delivered within two days without fuss or question. Panel quality is great and they are a great addition to our facility! Great service, thank you!
