TV bed store is amazing company , really helpful and showed us how to fit and use the bed mark unpacked the bed and put it up and showed us how to use the remotes and also fitted the new TV I got for the bed definitely recommend thank you so much again

We ordered a superking sized bed. Throughout the wait we were always kept up to date for the delivery through regular phone calls from Ben. Unfortunately the bed was too big for our house and I am gutted as the bed was stunning in real life. Ben and Mark tried for over an hour in sweltering heat to try get it in but eventually had to take it back. Both were extremely professional and we were issued a refund without any issue. I would definitely recommend them for their incredible service and top quality products!

After being let down repeatedly by Dreams, we had come to the end of our tether. We discovered the TV Bed Store by looking on line and can honestly say that it was the best decision we’ve ever made!! From the first phone call, Stewart was so friendly and helpful and when we arrived to collect our new bed and mattress Mark was absolutely brilliant too and couldn’t do enough to help us. We literally phoned one day and 48 hours later we were able to spend our first night in our brilliant new TV bed. After what we had been through before with the constant disappointment and let downs from Dreams over the last 5 months, we were so excited and happy to finally get our new bed. We cannot recommend TV Bed Store and everyone involved highly enough, so professional, friendly and really helpful. This experience will definitely make us choose friendly and independent over indifferent and unhelpful large chain stores in the future. Thank you again.

Excellent customer services! The original bed we ordered was going to be delayed and TV Bedstore were very open and honest and gave us options to swap or refund if we didn't want to wait. I received call backs and email responses very fast! The bed we have now is super. The instructions are the best I have ever used. Will definitely recommend and use again!

We bought the Annecy white leather tv bed and are over the moon with it. Customer service was amazing throughout - from the ladies we spoke to on the phone when requesting more information and checking our delivery date, to Mark and Ben who delivered and built the bed for us. Incredible service and professionalism. I had been let down by another bed company leaving me sleeping on the floor. One conversation with Stewart and my new bed was ordered and delivered less than 48 hours later. Cannot praise them highly enough. I purchased 2 of the Annecy TV Beds and have been very impressed. I purchased the beds prior to when we moved into our new property and after speaking with the team they held them until we could have them delivered as our completion date moved. They could not have been more friendly, accommodating or professional. They always had the time for any questions I had even if they seemed trivial at such a busy time for them. I was also told that if they didn't have them out by a certain day they wouldn't be delivered before Christmas and really wanted us to have them in time for a Christmas delivery, I would certainly look at this company again for any future purchases as the service was so high for my first purchase.

Not usually one for leaving reviews but in this case really felt I had to as the service was second to none. Ordered my bed on the 19th, would of arrived a week later (26th) however I could not accept delivery due to work commitments. Spoke to John at the office & he assured me this was no issue & delivery was rearranged for early the following week. I then received another call from John saying the bed could actually be delivered & assembled the next day (Saturday 27th) which was perfect. Delivery & assembly was carried out by Mark & Daz. Top top blokes can’t speak highly enough of them. Great lads, great laugh & highly knowledgeable. The bed itself is unbelievable quality & value for money, as for a similar branded bed you can easily add another £1000 onto the asking price. Overall a first class experience from purchase to assembly, couldn’t be happier. Do not hesitate to buy from these guys. 👍🏽

Only received this 3 days before leaving this review but so far exceeded my expectations. I bought the Eston King with 1000 mattress and cannot find any fault. Delivery was 10 days after I ordered. Build took about 3 hours but this was on my own and would recommend 2 people as fitting the base was quite difficult. Also as this was purchased during lockdown v3 it was delivered to the doorstep and transferring it upstairs on my own wasn't easy with some of the boxes weighing 50kg or more. However this was expected and not a complaint.

Came to TVbedstore after having no luck in finding an adequate bed locally in the usual well known bed stores. A Google search found the excellent TVbedstore website and convinced us to visit the Manchester store. Mark at the store showed us the expansive range of beds and explained each one in detail. Nothing was too much trouble and no pressure to buy. Delivery was super quick and Mark again attended at our home to install the bed. He and his colleague observed COVID protocols and installed the bed with no disruption and all packaging taken away leaving the bedroom clean and tidy. All in all a highly recommended business staffed by people who care about their customers and very knowledgeable about the beds they sell.

Couldnt recomend this place enough. Went into the store and had a look at the beds I was interested in. Straight away Stuart talked us both through all the pros of each bed. He even showed us the speaker systems in both. I'm very impatient so needed the bed today. He was more than happy to stay over an hour after closing time so that I could arrange transport. Excellent customer service, not many people would wait after closing time when I could of gone back the next day. The bed is perfect had no issues what so ever. Took a bit of time to put together but not too long and it looks perfect. No pressure in sales whatsoever which was great. 10/10. Will buy from you again in the future thankyou :)

Fab Bed! I ordered the bed and it was not delivered for over 6 weeks, not the fault of TV bed-store the containers got delayed. I did nearly ask for a refund but I am so pleased we did not. Mark and Taylor finally arrived after sitting on the m6 for 5 hours in a crash and got straight to work. Mark's customer service skills and his assembly skills are a credit to the company. The bed is beautiful and they made sure everything was working. Mark and Taylor did not leave any mess, friendly and respectful. If I have one bit of feedback it would be that whilst I totally appreciate delays are beyond the control of the company to ensure frustration is kept to a min keep the customer updated and not let the customer chase. Stewart had the tough job of when I called updating me with the news of the delays but he was always calm and understanding. Thank you very much

Husband put a 43" Smart TV absolutely gorgeous. The storage is absolutely brilliant and useful. The pack is included with HDMI cables and 1 optical lead for sound/subwoofer. The colour is perfect! MARK and his service was brilliant on weekend. We called him up to direct us how to switch storage sides from Right to Left. disappointed, I paid for my bed in February, it's the middle of April, I've heard nothing about my order in over a month, I'm now being admitted to have an operation on my shoulder in a matter of days due to unforeseen circumstances meaning I won't be able to assemble the bed myself, so the bed will be lying around in pieces for weeks before I can do anything about it, all this on top of saving for the new bed since before Xmas and having no bed, just a matress, I'm just about ready to cancel it and buy something else and when they have it listed on eBay as having 5 in stock but they can't ship for 2 months, that breaks eBay policy, as you should only list an item if youre going to have it within 30 days not months to wait Edited review After getting in touch with the company regarding my issues I was informed that there was a heftier back log then they could realise, due to this they were willing to upgrade a king size to a superking and in all honesty I haven't slept this well in years

recently purchased my new bed from burybeds / tv bedstore.although not actually visiting store I contacted them about a bed I had seen for a price.I spoke to a chap called lee who promptly got me a price for what I wanted which was cheaper than anywhere else in tried but to cut a long story short the bed was coming direct from manufacturer and between the manufacturer and couriers it failed to deliver on two occasions! however throughout this complication lee was always prompt to reply to my numerous calls/texts and really did excel in customer service and also managed to get me compensated by the manufacturer for my troubles! so cheaper price and first class service 5 stars,cheers.
