Great customer service My table arrived but there were some minor issues with the quality which they chased up with the manufacturer. Satisfactory result at the end. The only slight issue was the delivery of the table, I think their own drivers were off due to COVID. I will be happy to purchase from them again. Nice products, competitively priced and excellent customer service.

Great place for something different I have a lago kitchen and it needed a bracket for the sliding drawer Sarah new exactly what the issue and sorted it out straight away. Sarah is very knowledgeable about her goods and quickly resolves the issue. I also needed a hinge for a cupboard due to wear and tear Sarah sorted this out without hesitation and sent me it in the post. Great customer service they know their market and products I have no hesitation in using Urbansuite fab 👍🏼😎

Great place to visit for bespoke furniture items. A small issue with the sofa, which was missed by us but pointed out by the excellent delivery team. Quickly rectified by the team. Have got a few pieces from from these in the past and will defiantly be going back again.

Recently bought a dressing table from Urbansuite, we couldn't visit the showroom but the staff were very helpful in assisting me source the right one. On the day the item was being delivered, we expected them to just deliver it, but the item was assembled onsite positioned where we wanted it and all packaging removed. Great service from this company from start to finish, would definitely shop there again and highly recommend them.
