Excellent ! Cannot fault at all. I searched the net and stumbled upon this gem of a manufacturer. Went to visit the warehouse the sofas are no different to other retailers charging 2k plus for similar furniture. Was greeted by a lady called kate who was very helpful and informative. Picked my sofa and had it delivered 3 hours later in November! Other stores such as dfs quoting 10 week delivery times. Quality is fabulous. Me and my sister also met the gentleman who ran the business he was very polite and helpful. After purchasing i did read some reviews below and honestly i do not see how people had such issues. I paid the balance in full by bank transfer although only a small deposit was required in advance and goods was delivered exactly when they said they would. I checked the goods before i purchased them and seen the other stock they had. Thank you so much for wonderful service and great products. Ordered a L shape sofa today at 4.30pm, it arrived at 6pm, driver was very polite and allowed me to inspect the sofa before signing and paying. very comfy and in perfect condition, extremely happy!! :)

After the sofa had been delivered and left at my house, I noticed a mark on the sofa, I had to call the company who assured me it wasn’t a mistake from their end and occurred during the delivery process. Which was a reasonable explanation, but they sent the delivery man back to my house to clean up the mark/stain. Was very happy for their service, the communication during the issue was great and quick. Overall the sofa is very comfy, the foam seems very rich and quality alike.

Very friendly team' and very willing to make sure you are 100% happy with the product! I ordered a sofa recently and there was a slight issue' but no problem because within 2 days it was collected sorted abd redelivered. I am very very happy with my sofa and the service. The delivery drivers even took their shoes off before entering the house to show respect. They work very hard. Ive already recommended them to a few others as alot of people love my choice of sofa and now want one themselves :) if anyones wondering' it was a huge corner Chesterfield in velvet' dove grey in colour' can be seen on their page.

We visited the factory on 3 occasions and each time we were able to look around at the sofas available without being harassed by staff. We were approached and asked if we were OK and needed any help but we did not feel pressured. Any questions we had were answered. On our third visit when we were purchasing a sofa the staff member who dealt with us was pleasant and explained everything clearly. There was the option to delay delivery which was ideal for us as we were in the middle of renovations. Our experience was an easy one.

I cannot express how happy & impressed i am. Ordering through the facebook was a breeze with fast replies and great customer service. However, When we had a problem with our Chesterfield 3+2 Seater the company happily cooperated and solved the problem. Firstly, we ordered on the facebook ,which was hassle free. Then we waited 5-6 days for our order and then it arrived with the super nice delivery driver. However, the sofa had issues so we asked the company to help us and they happily complied. The foam is so comfy and the service if perfect would definetley reccomend.very happy with the product in the end

I bought a settee of this company delivered 5 Feb 2021 it is ripped all over the back n cushions are falling apart. I given it 5 when I meant 0 to get to the top. Of the reviews as I paid £900.00 and I'm now blocked DONT BUY A SETTEE OF THEM

Absolutely love my new sofas! Ordered at around 6pm on the Tuesday and they were delivered teatime the next day. Good price too, for what I paid for a 3pc suite, you'd probably only get 1 sofa at DFS and other places. Thank you and I've already been recommending you xx

Today i got the brighton 2+3 in grey velvet and i was very pleased with this companys service as the deliveey man was very nice and came and let us read all details before dropping off the sofa and talking bout the sofa,it was perfect and comfortable as i was a bit vary on the cushions from the intial picture i was sent but they were perfect comfy cushions. Very plseased and would recommend. The delivery did take 2 days longer than expected but it was resonable as they still delivered in this pandemic and explained why they couldnt deliver on time.
