I don’t think I can give Callerton Kitchens enough stars! And I’m not sure how my review can do them justice as they are absolutely fantastic at what they do. From the initial design by Sam (who knocked it out of the park and thought of things we hadn’t even considered!), to the installation by Derek and the tweaks by Rob to Kevin who looked after us all the way through made one brilliant overall experience! A special mention must go to Lucy who answered my questions quickly and helped us all the way through with everything, she is a star and excellent at what she does! I will not hesitate to recommend Callerton to everyone I know as aside from the above, the actual kitchen is outstanding and a place we will love for many years! To top it off Lucy emailed me this evening to show me how to redeem a free wine promo from NEFF- service you just don’t get from the likes of Wren and Howdens. What must also be mentioned is how reasonably priced Callerton are for the quality of products produced, we in no way felt we were being pushed to buy anything like you do in a lot of kitchen places, they genuinely want to get you the best value for money! Finally we even arrived home to the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen on Thursday! Don’t think twice about using Callerton 😀

The short review is: I can’t recommend Callerton Kitchens highly enough, a truly professional, customer focused local firm. The full review is: We had our first meeting with Peter Nolan in July 2021 at the showroom and only had a very rough idea of what design we wanted. After talking to a number of different kitchen companies, we came to the conclusion that Callerton Kitchens was the best fit for us due to their very high level of professionalism, the quality of the display kitchens and the non pushy sales approach. We arranged for Peter to come to our home in August 2021 and we discussed different options before Peter went away and prepared initial design plans for us as a discussion point. The man has the patience of a saint! We changed our minds many times, changed colours, designs, worktops, the size of the island and nothing was too much trouble for him. Finally, in November 2021 we knew what we wanted and booked the installation for January 2022. Everything went smoothly, from the pre installation survey from Graham, the excellent fitters, Graham and Paul, the plasterers, plumbers, Brad the electrician who was excellent and the flooring installer. Lucy managed the overall installation process and Rob was always on hand helping out. The old kitchen, flooring and a wall that needed to be removed was cleared away promptly. Every night the room was left tidy and rubbish free. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the tradesmen used during the installation. Peter and Lucy visited when the kitchen was complete to make sure we were happy with everything. I can’t recommend Callerton Kitchens highly enough, a truly professional, customer focused local firm. Delighted with our kitchen from Callerton. Our experience from walking into the showroom to meet Peter, to signing off the completed work was excellent. First class product, installed by a first class team. A couple of issues during the project, as nothing ever goes exactly to plan, but they were dealt with quickly and without question to our satisfaction. Special mention to Rob, who completed all the snagging, Stu, who installed the units, and Steve, who fitted the Amtico. Thanks again to all the team and would highly recommend Callerton to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We have been living with the kitchen for a couple of months now since completion and we are absolutely delighted with it. The design that Peter came up with was somthing we had never considered and is so much better than the design another company had given us. The quality of the units are excellent and we are delighted with the kitchen appliances that Peter recommended to us he definitely knows his stuff. The trades people that installed the kitchen were polite and professional and done an excellent job. As with any project a few issues cropt up during the installation but we were delighted with the way Callerton handled this, they always acted promptly and decisively. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

We're really loving our new kitchen. Grace at Callerton designed us a kitchen which really works for us and looks great. The folk at Callerton kept us up to date during the work. Callerton and the contractors managed the project from start to finish. This was more than just a new kitchen - there were walls moving, new radiators, electrics and flooring. I conducted a large amount of research with other companies, prior to selecting Callerton Kitchens to design and fit my new kitchen and I have to say I was not disappointed at the results. Peter was extremely patient and understood what our tastes were and what we wanted to achieve in the design that would complement the new house extension. I would thoroughly recommend Callerton Kitchens. They have been really helpful throughout the design and installation of my kitchen. I first used them about 6 years ago to create my kitchen and more recently when we removed a wall and therefor needed to update aspects of the kitchen. They provided a really personal service and kept me up to date with all aspects of the work. Also provided a really quick turnaround on producing last minute changes that I made. I would definitely use them again.

Starting with the design, we met Peter as we were still in “Kitchen Showroom Browsing Stage” and knew from then we wanted to come back to him to design our kitchen. Peter couldn’t have spent more time on our new kitchen and we valued his opinions from start to finish, nothing was too much hard work for him. He had some excellent ideas that we would never have come up with, and he knows his products and appliances inside out. He even came after the fit to show us any workings of the equipment, he went over and beyond our expectations. Chris the Installation Manager had everything organised with all the workmen needed to do every task in our kitchen and was always approachable and friendly, with a great sense of humour. The Installation Team, Dave & Leighton were *AMAZING*, if you get these guys on your kitchen, you wont be disappointed, they are efficient, have exceptional attention to detail and are really tidy and clean. We even enjoyed their company as they are such lovely people. Brad the electrician came up with some high tech solutions to not just the kitchen, but the extended room in the same area, we really respected his ideas and workmanship. Steve laid our floor and we had some delays due to the building/new patio doors needed, (not in Callertons control) but he was in touch all the time and the finished flooring is amazing. We did have some issues along the way (the kitchen was fitted during the Covid Lockdown so that also had some effect) however, I trusted Callerton 100% that each problem would be addressed and completed, and it was. We now have an amazing kitchen in a new extended room that has made a massive difference to our home and the way we live in it. I would recommend Callerton to anyone needing a new kitchen.

We so made the right decision in going back to Callerton, who put in a new kitchen for us some years ago, when we wanted to update our utility room. A smaller room perhaps but one with many awkward features that the design team worked around to fantastic effect, giving us a streamlined, light and airy space that is a joy to use. From the start nothing was too much trouble and solutions were found in design and execution during the installation carried out by first rate crafts people who were a delight to have around.
