Went into Fenwick today to look at Hammonds fitted bedroom furniture to review the choice of doors etc following a new bedroom design produced by Sandra a few weeks ago. Very satisfied with my choice and the professional advice and assistance given by staff today. Always so friendly and welcoming, nothing is of any trouble to them. Our plan is well designed to our personal taste and requirements and being able to view all the products is great to envisage the final look of our design. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Hammonds. Can’t wait to get it fitted.

Cant find anything to complain about the furniture. Fantastic quality looks great. They don't get 5 stars because the customer service is none existent. Didn't hear from them apart when they asked if I wanted home visit. If it wasn't for designer surveyor and fitter who are all self employed then I wouldn't of known anything. Not even a curtesy call when it wad finished to see if we were happy. Bit of a let down but we'll done to the three fellas who seemingly run the show.

Visited Hammonds Bedroom Department at Newcastle today. It was getting late, in fact Hammonds was closing. Neil, who is the store contact for Hammonds at Newcastle, was just about to leave. He asked if we were interested in the Hammonds furniture range and offered to help with advice and technical expertise. He gave us loads of important information and ended up leaving 40 minutes later. I was extremely impressed with both his knowledge and commitment. Neil was not pushy at all. He just clearly wanted to help us, which he did. Outstanding customer service.. Thank you Neil.....

Went into Fenwick store today to view the Fitted Bedrooms, was greeted by a lovely guy Neil, who was very knowledgeable and explained about all the various ranges they offer and explained what happens on my designer visit. Cant wait to see if the designer can do as good a job as the store staff.

Visited the store in Fenwicks after a home design completed and wanted to see the product rather than just look from the brochure.
