A very warm welcome and then I had a good browse without a saleperson hovering on my shoulder. Delighted to say that my bedroom furniture looks great and the service was superb. The delivery team could not have been more helpful - assembled the bed, removed all the packaging and took packaging with them. Great overall experience - 10/10.

M.Ordered our furniture on a sunday and was promised it would be delivered to the store for the following weekend, we called the following weekend to check if our order was ready for collection and it was not as we were told they didnt put the order in in time which was disappointing. We then went the weekend after to collect at 11am as the store opened at 10am however the door was locked even though the lights were on, we called the store 8 times aswell as leaving a voicemail explaining we were outside trying to get in to collect our order; after 30 minutes still no call back therefore we were forced to leave! Later that afternoon I called again and explained to the person who answered the phone the situation and she basically denied that the door was locked and said "well just pop down now?" We live far from the store and it was not just a case of "popping down"!
she then later admitted she may have been upstairs with a customer but denied the length of time we waited outside! Appauling customer service, but lovely furniture. A shame as we were planning to spend a lot more money there in the near future!!
J. S.Great Sale, had never been before but caught an ad online and had been meaning to go there. There was a huge amount of people, but they were patient, organised and professional throughout as well as being safety conscious.
B. R.I decorated my full bedroom from NE Furniture after being reccomended by a friend. The service in store was so perosnal as they helped bring my vision to life. The delivery was also incredibly efficient which is sometimes a worry as deliveries can be stressful. Overall, incredibly impressed with the quality of the furniture. It's really made my house into a home, and I can tell the pieces are gonna last forever. Can't wait to decorate the rest of my house using them.
