Martin has re-upholstered 2 items for me now. The first my mother's much loved, very worn,priceless in sentimental value, shell shaped back chair was as good - if not better than new when returned. When I began to suffer from a back problem rather than buy a new kneeling chair, I decided to go second hand and ask Martin to update my purchase. Again a very professional job, beautifully executed and in a short space of time Prices are extremely competitive and value for money. I will definitely be using his services again.

Martin did a very professional job of recovering my 4 dining room chairs and they look brand new. The work only took 2 days at a very reasonable price and I am delighted with the result. He's a lovely man to deal with and I highly recommend him.

I've just had two kitchen stools re-upholstered. The quality of materials used is much better than the original and the stools are now more comfortable and look better than they did when they were new. Also, very quick turnaround (2 days) and reasonable price. Great stuff!

Two upright chairs and one buttoned armchair reupholstered - very nice job, done to high standard and with good service (pickup and delivery free). Martin arrived to fix a spring in our leather sofa. From contacting him to job done it was easy and good communication. Spring was replaced in our home in less than an hour and socially distancing and masks were worn at all times. We are pleased we now can keep our comfortable sofa for a few more years. Found Martin via Google and was impressed by the great reviews. Everything that everybody else complimented him on was true. Martin replied quickly, came to see us, as arranged. He offered very good advice and even suggested a new covering for our Dining Chairs, which was just right. He arranged a pick up day and arrived exactly when he said he would. He quoted a week for the jobs but was then able to return them after 4 days. He'd re-glued a Dining Chair, re-padded and re-covered 4 Dining Seats and re-padded an armchair seat cushion. Excellent job all round, couldn’t be happier.

I needed eight seat pads recovering. I found Martin on Google and had not used him before. He arrived on time and took the seat pads away and completed the job in a day. We bought the fabric and although we we did not mind if the pattern was repeated exactly on each seat, Martin surprised us with a perfect match on each pad. An excellent job and I would highly recommend him

I needed a repair to a chair with a broken spring. A local firm had quoted £300 to do the repair and said best to strip down, do a full spring replacement. As this was more than the value of the chair itself..looked online for an alternative. Due to Martin's good reviews I emailed him. He said if a new spring cost approx £30/40. An appt was made and he turned up on time. I was expecting him to have to take the chair away...I was wrong! He carried out a spring replacement there and then. No mess, no fuss. Charged me £35. I would def recommend him. I will be using for any similar work John (Cramlington)
