Very friendly staff in shop. Doesn't make you feel like you are being forced to make a purchase, and answered all my questions. The delivery men when were fantastic called two days ahead of delivery to confirm everything and 20 minutes before delivery to say they on the way. All three lads were professional and quick to set the sofa up. would definitely recommend.

Had a sofa delivered for my first home, couldn't have been a better experience. From the great showroom, very good pricing etc it made buyimg my first sofa a breeze. The two delivery lads Tony and Michael respected social distancing with a friendly atmosphere, fast working and consulted me when needed. Would highly recommend these guys, absolutely fantastic.

Bought two 2 seater leather recliners from Sofa Cash & Carry, great quality and so comfortable to sit on. We ordered quite a while ago as we were buying a new house, the staff at the shop and the warehouse have been great holding on to them for months until we were ready, especially with delays due to COVID. The warehouse kept us updated on delays and rang regularly to check if we were ready to arrange delivery. When our sofas were delivered they were set up and the guys explained everything well. Absolutely great service, very flexible and understanding during difficult times.

I ordered my sofa only yesterday and it was delivered today. The men who delivered the sofa were very professional and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before they left. They wore gloves and masks which was very professional with the current situation with COVID. The customer service from the shop was brilliant as all the staff were extremely helpful when I was unsure what to go for. Great prices for the furniture and fantastic quality. This is one of the best places I have ordered a sofa from, as I did not have to wait around 8 weeks for a sofa to be delivered.

Just had our lovely new sofa set delivered and we are over the moon from buying it to having it delivered it has took a week the bairn even got some free balloons so win win, just a shame the lads had to work in the rain but they where quick and professional so hats off to them.
