Very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff who dealt with us, he was very Covid aware using clean paper sheets before trying out any mattresses. Water was offered for hydrating having been wearing masks for some time. Using there sleep adjusting mattress we were able to find a product that suited my needs. I am very pleased with the outcome of the visit and would Highly Recommend them for there service. 👍😊

Really good service, we were served by Kate who was extremely helpful. Kate took us straight to what we wanted and we were very pleased with the information and the price of the bed. This is our third visit to the store and our third purchase. Very pleased with all three purchases.

I ordered a bed online and despite the bed broke the first time it was used by a single person the after sale service was outstanding. They organised a new bed to be delivered and assembled within a few days. Based on the after sale service I would recommend

I visited Dreams Newport with a friend we both have purchased from dreams before. A trusted name. We were attended by Matt a very confident salesman knows his product. Not pushing in anyway just knowledgeable and patient. Buying a bed takes time you spend 1/3 of your life lying down. My friend's bed is due to be delivered in a few days. Thank you

Sleepmatch - a five star experience Welcoming member of staff suggested we try out their newly installed Sleepmatch facility. It's a hi tech bed with sensors and a screen above. You lie down and follow a few instructions. I found it a tremendously relaxing experience. Our salesman returned to show us the recommendations following analysis of our Sleepmatch session. We bought a comfortable bed for a reasonable price and it was delivered in about a week.

The shop assistant was very very helpful he explained all the difference type of beds, and left us to make our own minds up. And made us a coffee.his name was Matthew on the isle of wight. ( we purchased a nice bed and two pillows. Mr Alger / Ms Curtis.

Customer Service was informative, but simply ridiculous that we'd have to wait two weeks for a bed to arrive on ths island, and another two weeks for it to be delivered ! We went to buy, but came away with nothing!
