B.Put a call into the team today about a dripping tap that was installed 5 years ago , obviously not in warranty anymore, but Pete helped me out by getting an exploded diagram of the tap with a number for the spare part company . The diagram showed me how to take the tap apart and I was able to fix the tap.
Pete didn’t need to go to the effort of finishing the diagram and sending it to me , he could of just said “sorry mate but the taps out of warranty and we don’t stock the tap anymore “ I would have been okay with that ! But he made the effort and saved me a couple of hundred ££ on a new tap.
