Misplaced a whole sofa and left a 53 year old veteran with no furniture as it been taken out awaing delivery that was for the next day. Rather than hurry these items out first thing a wait of 14 days

N. B.Amazing staff, got greeted by the lovely Lowri at the Newport store. She couldn't have been more helpful, she was very welcoming and friendly, asked us a few questions on what what we was looking for and guided us to the part of the store to start our search. There was so much choice and Lowri was there to answer all our question and provide us with our options and offered a great deal. She even went and got simular samples of our carpet from the other side of the store so we could envision what the sofa would look like in our house. She offered a great price on our 4 seater sofa and XL chair and even gave us a deal on the sofa gliders, cleaning kit and sofa protection. I would definitely recommend this store. 5* to the staff. R. M.Amazing shop staff, served by the fantastic Vicky at the Newport store! Super helpful, she didn’t jump on us entering the store but was present in the room for questions. Once found a sofa we loved Vicky came to answer our question and provide us with our options and prices. With the most perfect price we purchased a 3 and 2 seater and a large storage stool, sofa gliders and protection plan. The store had a great atmosphere which made you feel comfortable and imagine your sofa in your own home. 10 weeks to be made. Once delivered if we feel there is extra room a chair will also be purchased. Would definitely recommend!
m. a. p. w.Dan our salesman at the Newport (Spytty) Store left us to look in peace at the sofas but intervened occasionally to give good advice and to answer any questions we had. We were impressed with the sofa, decided to purchase and found the purchasing process easy and the deal offered extremely good. We now look forward to receiving our new suite and would most definitely return to SCS again, as we have twice before, for their no nonsense approach, good deals, good craftsmanship and excellent customer service.
