We would like to say a big thankyou to Paul for designing our dream kitchen and Matt for overseeing all of the work. We are very pleased with the timescale/project management. Each tradesperson - Martin, Emrys,Tim,Darren, ian and rob i’d like to thank for their very professional work. We are over the moon with our granite from bellagio stone the workmanship on it was amazing. Fantastic floor finish from carpet gallery. We are very glad that we chose to use world of kitchens and highly reccomend to anyone looking to achieve their dream kitchen.

Here’s a big shout out to Paul and all the crew at World of Kitchens in Caerleon. What a superb team who have just completed fitting our new kitchen and bathroom. From the moment we first spoke to Paul, a few things became totally clear to us:– 1. He listened to what we were saying to him, and 2. There were absolutely no pressure sales tactics used whatsoever. Our build was very challenging from the start, in that we were trying to get a modern kitchen and bathroom to blend into the character of our 17th century cottage. Paul showed effective listening techniques and totally took on board the requests we were making – often coming up with very good suggestions in how we could undertake the project in a sympathetic manner. The result was absolutely stunning and we actually ended up with much more storage space than we originally had, and all achieved in a very logical and visually pleasing form. As the cottage is so old, we expected that we may come across some issues, but these were handled in a very professional manner with Paul keeping us appraised at every step of the way. The team of tradesmen that World of Kitchens use are all very hardworking and often went the extra mile to keep us happy. To say my wife was ecstatic with the end result is an understatement – she is beaming like a Cheshire cat, especially with all the wonderful comments we have received from our family and friends (who have all been impressed with the finishes achieved). The key thing for us was that Paul gave us a completion date for the main works and met it – even though we did hit a few minor issues along the way. If you are looking for a good firm to design a new kitchen and bathroom, then you need look no further than World of Kitchens – they are superb

Thank you to World of Kitchens for our new Kitchen/diner. I loved the design Matt produced from the start. Not only does the kitchen look good it works efficiently on a daily basis. Matt gave good advice about appliances - I'm so pleased I decided to go for the Quooker hot tap and large fridge. The work was all completed on time and as planned. The trades were respectful of us and our home. World of Kitchens even fitted us in when we needed new units in our utility which was not originally planned. Any difficulties were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Matt - "Leave it with me " was all we needed to hear. I would recommend World of Kitchens.

I happened to come across World of Kitchens in Caerleon simply by chance when looking for a new kitchen and I am so glad I found them. I was looking for a smaller independent kitchen company rather than the big chains and from the outset I was impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, cost and impeccable service. Matt designed us the most incredible kitchen which was way above our expectations incorporating everything we asked for and now it's complete we couldn't be more delighted. During the work, Matt managed the project completely, we had a plan that incorporated start and finish dates and what tradesmen we could expect to be at our home and when. Everyone working on the kitchen was a credit to the company. The quality of the kitchen is also excellent. The whole family are thrilled with the end result, it is beyond what we've always longed for. I could not recommend World of Kitchens highly enough. Thank you Matt and team.

We chose WOK in Caerleon because we wanted to use a local company and all their reviews were excellent. We weren’t disappointed, from day 1 meeting Paul we knew we were in good hands. Our kitchen & utility refurb was professionally designed and project managed. We were presented with a comprehensive breakdown of what would happen on what days and who would be turning up at our home to do it. All the tradesmen turned up on time and were very respectful and worked diligently. Shout out to Darren, Martin, Ian, Tim, Emyr & Justin who were superb and did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with our amazing kitchen & utility room and would highly recommend Paul and his team at WOK. Don’t use anyone else if you want a very good quality, well designed kitchen, expertly project managed with excellent tradesmen. Paul from World of Kitchens has helped us over the past year to update our kitchen by putting in a new cooker hood, wine fridge, updating our recycling and bin area, installing a Quooker tap, replacing our old kitchen table with a beautiful granite island unit around which we can seat 10 family members and installing a console table unit to match the island unit. It has updated the look and convenience of our kitchen enormously. Everyone who worked on the kitchen was always there when they said they would be and were respectful and pleasant to have on site! Also Geraint (flooring) who went out of his way to help us resolve issues with the flooring we brought from another Supplier and we cannot thank him enough.

Decided to replace our old kitchen cupboard doors / drawer fronts ect. while still keeping existing worktops and tiles. From start to finish World Of Kitchens have been excellent. World of Kitchens installed a great kitchen for me 10 years ago. It still looks fab and contemporary. Recently I rang them to say that the rubber seal around my sink was falling into the sink. They replaced it promptly and without charge. Now that's what I call excellent customer service!

Dear world of kitchens I wanted to say how thrilled we are with our kitchen. Matt was brilliant with the design and overcame two tricky areas in the kitchen with really workable solutions. A wonderful review from - Joanne Williams – 5 star After asking for general opinion on a number of kitchen suppliers ,World of Kitchens was recommended by a number of people. Although initially it was slightly more expensive than other companies I looked at ( Hammonds, Leekes, Wickes etc) the selling point for me was meeting Paul at the shop and him sharing my passion for something a little bit different. Paul project managed the whole thing and this included knocking down walls, building new walls, Plastering, painting ,plumbing new radiators in before we could even start on the kitchen. Every day work men arrived on time, were clean and courteous and professional . The result is amazing. Little details that I wouldn't have thought of Paul thought of. He even sourced ceiling lights for me . The Neff appliances have been superb especially my Bake Off Oven with tilt and slide door and my hidden extractor fan. If anyone is in any doubt as to being brave with colour I say go for it. We chose bright Orange and it works brilliantly with the grey gloss. Thank you so much World of Kitchens. We love it. Even the kids friends come in and just say 'Wow' Enough said !
