C. K.Probably one of the best customer services experiences I have ever had with regards to a purchased item that i found cheaper a day later. Looked into it, called me back and refunded the difference. None of this send it back and we'll look into it etc. Just very sensible and timely. Really appreciated and I will most definitely shop here moving forward for all my bbq goods.

D. W.What can I say, outstanding service and zero pressure from quote to delivery to installation service. Had been waiting 8 months for a Kamado Joe BBQ from another supplier who did not have stock and zero delivery to the UK. Kamado Joe put me in contact with Richard from Bell who was extremely understanding and knowledgeable. He took the details of my order, produced a quote that was actually better than my original quote and then delivered and installed everything promptly. Installation completed by Richard and James. Would I recommend Bell to my family and friends? Definitely. If you have not tried them then I would certainly recommend you do, you won't be disappointed. Thank you to the team.
M. H.Really great shop with lovely staff. Home wares are really good to look at. Is a little more expensive that your chain home wares stores but the choices and ranges that Bell has is amazing, worth that little extra. Has a cafe which looked lovely but was sadly closed when we visited.
We went in for lighting which they had loads of, good variety and selection and lots of catalogs to also look at if there wasnt quite what you wanted out on the floor.
Would recommend to anyone looking for unique home ware.

Even though we ended up returning the stove we ordered (nobody's fault - just the peril of not being able to visit a showroom during lockdown) they were professional, courteous and friendly (and by that, of course, I mean Anish). Highly recommended.

J. J.We visited with a very specific wood burning stove in mind, and they had exactly what we wanted at a discount. But..... After looking round we were attracted to a different brand which has turned out really well.
Their installation seemed expensive, so we went for supply only and got a local installer to put it in. But the process was good, and the wide range of working models helps choose.

L. H.I have recently placed an order over the phone with Anish, following several phone calls. I would like to commend Anish on his telephone manner and customer service. I spend a lot of time calling business's for advice and prices and it is often a very disappointing and frustrating experience, but Anish was first class. He was helpful, had great communication skills, called me back when he said he would and sent me comprehensive emails, all well written and easy to understand. The product was also the best price I could find, both locally and on the internet. Well done Bell's.
