F. O.We purchased a two seater sofa and two chairs for our conservatory which they classed as a sample lot. They arrived within two weeks but one of the sofa legs was broken in transit. Contacted Marc at Daro who offered us a refund but as we liked the furniture so much and it was a one off we asked if it could be repaired. Within two weeks they had picked up the sofa repaired it and delivered it. We also received compensation for the inconvenience. Extremely happy with our furniture and nothing but praise for Daro in the handling of our purchase. No problem in recommending this company.
