Brought this chair about 3 days ago and it has already arrived! It was so easy to assemble and the finish of the whole chair is so smooth and sleek. Highly recommend buying from here, delivery is fast and free. Thank you

After initial purchase our colour wasn't available, this took about a week to be advised, although it was still on the the website. After receiving new colour swatches we chose another colour. Three weeks later Simply advised me that my order had gone through ETA Feb 2022. To my surprise it was delivered on the 22nd December after text message on 20th Dec. Happy with the furniture it came direct from Jay bee beds. I was really nervous about Simply Utopia with the lack of communications but all is good now.

Absolutely amazing customer service, saved Christmas. parcel was lost by UPS and they resent the item the same day I contacted them about the issue. Arrived 2 days later Massivly impressed when a company handles situations so well.

Ordered an instock item with Simply Utopia on Tuesday afternoon. Arrived by 9:30 on the Wednesday morning. Fastest delivery I've ever had on such a large item. Haven't built yet due to decorating but all parts seem to be there and wooden parts seem well protected by packaging. Good price and helpful staff.

Delivery men were really helpful carrying boxes to bedroom, I could not of managed them myself. Must say iv done many flat packs in my time and I was dreading doing such a large bit of furniture, but this bed was the easiest I'v made. Full marks for the instructions and the detail in labelling each part. The actual bed feels very sturdy and looks very smart looking. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it.

I am really pleased with my cover. I didn't expect it to be double layer. I previously ordered a duvet cover the same design to give someone for next Christmas. now I don't know whether to give the fleece cover away or keep it myself. I love the design. Del. Very pleased with this bed. Very easy to put together for two people. Please bear in mind mattress needs to be on bed before it will lower. So much storage. Very friendly company, ordered bed and was with me within three days.

Placed order for lovely pure wool rug at a competitive price and with an additional 5% discount. Unfortunately was out of stock for a while so rang for a delivery date, gentleman rang me back offered to hold order till in stock or give full refund, chose the latter. I kept checking site and noticed was now in stock so reordered with same discount offered and arrived within 4 working days. Very pleased with the rug looks amazing and can I just say it’s nice to receive some good old English customer service from all concerned, thank you and keep it up .
