What a pleasure to deal with Bensons for Beds Norwich. It is so rare nowadays to find a company that is helpful and professional. I recently ordered a mattress, the sales person (Debbie) was super friendly and helpful, she was not in the slightest bit pushy and allowed me plenty of time to try as many mattresses as I wanted, for as long as I wanted. I placed the order and a delivery date was set. I was moving to a new house and delivery was set to coincide with my move in date. My house purchase fell through and I contacted the Norwich store again to put the delivery on hold. The phone was answered within a few rings. I was not on hold listening to awful music for ages, I was not in a queue! I was dealt with in a very helpful and professional way (By Tina). My delivery has been put on hold until I instruct them of a new address and date. Honestly what a pleasure, I will certainly be recommending Bensons for Beds Norwich, to anyone who needs a new mattress.

Had a better range on display than other similar stores & as it turned out, a much better range too. We did not feel pressured by the staff member (Tina) - who was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. She gave us excellent advice which resulted in a sale & happy customers. We would definitely recommend Bensons based on our experience with Tina at the Norwich store.

Excellent service and delivery of 2 beds and headboards. The delivery man pointed out a couple of faults on one of the headboards and rang the office. A replacement was ordered and we will keep the faulty one until the replacement arrives. A good result.

Lora your sales assistant was fantastic. She was probably the best sales woman we have every dealt with. She was so knowledgeable, polite and friendly. We went to Benson for Beds first the day we we placed the order and dealt with Lora, we then went on to 3 other bed stores that day but Lora by far made us come back to Benson for beds. She needs a great deal of praise.

Didn't call 30 mins before delivery as promised, didn't read pre given instructions about new estate so went to wrong address 5 miles away and left one item on middle floor for my wife and I to carry up flight of stairs despite it being identical to first flight. A real shame as up to that point was a really good experience with great communication and a great experience with the sales team. Drivers did not take any Covid Precautions, no masks etc & had very poor personal hygiene, left house very smelly and thus was the first delivery of the day so feel sorry for people later on!
