I cannot speak highly enough about the fantastic service we have received from furniture village. David was our sale consultant and he was an absolute hero. Having bought a three seater sofa, armchair plus other bits and bobs there was a hiccup with delivery and as we had already got rid of our old sofa David kindly lent us one from the shop whilst we awaited the next delivery slot. When our new sofa did arrive we were devastated to realise that it would not fit through the front door. The delivery guys were fantastic and tried everything they could but eventually had to admit defeat and took our furniture back to Furniture Village. Once again I contacted David who calmly and professionally just sorted everything out. He contact the most amazing upholster (Larry from AA Bourne and James) who collected the sofa from Furniture Village dismantled it and brought it to us in pieces and put it back together in the living room and you would never know anything had happened. Once again the delivery guys were brilliant and collected the loan sofa the same day the new one was returned. All in all the service we received from everyone at Furniture Village, and also Larry from AA Bourne and James, was amazing and I highly recommend them

We recently decided to look for a replacement bed and took a trip to Sprowston Retail park where there were a good selection of stores. The first store we visited was Furniture Village and we were very impressed with the quality and layout of the store, how easy it was to locate the bed section and started to browse. After a few minutes we liked the look of the Hypnos range and were about to look for an assistant when Helen appeared, asked us if we needed any help, we said yes please and she gave us all the information about the bed including cost, waiting times for delivery and an array of everything to help if we decided to purchase the Hypnos bed. After looking at the other retailers we returned to Furniture Village and decided to purchase the Hypnos bed as no other store had anything to compare with the Hypnos range. Furniture Village definitely had exactly what we wanted.

I am very pleased with the service that furniture village in Norwich has provided. At the store, Zoubie has been so helpful and friendly and was very nice to my 2 children as well. At times, when we come in with queries regarding our purchase, although he was busy, he made sure we were looked after while waiting for him. Always offering a drink, coffee and tea, juice for the children and chocolate cookies, which my children loved. It is not easy looking at furnitures when you have restless 3 and 6 year olds, but Zoubie made it easier. And he never made us felt ignored. We bought the merlin dining set and sideboard, and came again to purchase the Perth slider wardrobe, with our welcome discount. The wardrobe took sometime to arrive, as it was meant to be delivered just before Christmas. I understood this might not happen, what with Brexit and Christmas deliveries etc, so I wasn’t too bothered when it came a week after the new year. However, I was utterly disappointed when the mirror was cracked when it arrived. I already knew it was going to be another 6 weeks before I can complete my dressing room. I contacted the store and my call was answered by the lovely Nicky. She got straight on the phone with the supplier, when we hung up, and called me back immediately to let me know it will take 4 to 6 weeks. I thought that was the end of our communication, but instead, Nicky called me on week 4 or 5, to say that she had not forgotten me and written in her diary to keep me in the loop. I absolutely appreciate that. At the end of 6 weeks, the delivery company sent me an email and I picked a delivery date. Wardrobe is finally fitted and I am so happy with the purchase. I did not expect, the next day, Steve contacted me, and asked me if the delivery and fitting went alright. He said that Nicky had left in her diary to check with me, and I am so happy he did. Thank you furniture village and thank you Zoubie, Nicky and Steve in Norwich, for a wonderful shopping experience.

Furniture Village , Norwich. Visited on 23.10.21 to purchase three mattresses and divan sets. Brandon Winkworth was our sales consultant and he was absolutely superb from start to finish. We visited the retail park with the expectation of sussing out all of the competitors but I think we knew as soon as we explored the quality range in Furniture Village and how knowledgeable and helpful Brandon was this would be where we would spend our money. We chose two double gel mattresses for our teenagers and corresponding divans as well as our Harrison Spinks super king size mattress with divan and headboard . Brandon spent a lot of time with us discussing the finer details to ensure we were happy and that our order was perfect for us. The cookies and hot drinks were a lovely touch! The showroom is a cut above the rest of the competition on the retail park and if you’re after quality then this is the place to visit. Gary the manger was also a pleasure to speak with and was most helpful . We can’t wait to take delivery of our new beds and thank you to Brandon , Gary and the team there for a smooth and enjoyable visit. We will return & highly recommend!

We had visited Norwich branch several times and spoken with HELEN who has been amazing as we just could not make up our minds. We said we would be in at 6pm on Monday 5th July but due to traffic we were really late! But, Helen was so lovely. She made the whole ordering process so easy and was so patient as we were moving side tables to go with our chosen suite. The coffee is GREAT and welcoming cookies just lush! Just visited Furniture Village Norwich, the customer service was second to none. Went to buy a bed today and with the expert service given by Judy Soanes, the sales consultant, the whole process was an absolute pleasure. We didn't feel rushed at any time and was even given tea and biscuits. Having laid on, rolled about and had mattresses moved onto other bases we finally made our choice. If you're looking for service and quality products you won't go wrong using this store.

This will be our 3rd sofa from Furniture Village. The other 2 sets lasting just over 8 years. I visited the store first on a Saturday and liked the fact that I was left alone to have a look round. On Monday evening we went back as a family and again we were able to look around at our leisure. The Sales Manager, Helen was very helpful, not pushy and answered all our questions. We went home, measured up and it's now on order. Very quick process and now we wait for the new arrival!

Popped in to look at fabric corner sofas, not an easy task to find in itself, the chap in there ( tall dark hair late 40's) was absolutely smashing can't praise him enough sat us down on our dream sofa gave me a latte and a cookie, and what looked like the London yellow pages of fabrics to choose from! The only downside is the 12 week wait, which is no one's fault anyway. Would highly recommend and would not go anywhere else without checking this place out forat.
