I visited this store as we are looking for fitted wardrobes for our main bedroom. Julie was friendly and passionate about the product, although she admitted she was new, so she had to check for us with some of our questions. It's lovely to receive such personal, friendly service. Other places seem not interested or enthusiastic about the companies they represent. We are still considering our options buyer will be back again; Julie and I look forward to chatting with you about the different ranges available and maybe getting a person out to measure and quote. Thank you also for not being pushy, friendly service goes a long way these days.

I chose Hammonds (Norwich) because the customer care reviews of Tracy & Donna were outstanding. These ladies are the first point of contact for people considering fitted furniture from Hammonds in Norwich and they absolutely are a fantastic first introduction to the company. Sure enough, I phoned the store and spoke to Tracy who couldn't have been more helpful, she invited me to visit the showroom which I did the following day. I met Donna who again was delightful, informative and at no time did I feel pressured by 'sales patter'. The quality of Hammonds fitted furniture and the care taken over design & manufacture seemed excellent - hence the 10 year guarantee. There are choices to suit most budgets also. I have my design visit today which I'm sure will match the experience I've had so far. Although more and more people do their shopping on line, it is so important to have the opportunity to visit a showroom and have face to face discussions regarding the large choice of options and be able to see and touch samples and examples of interiors. Tracy and Donna are real assets to Hammonds. Thank you.

Hammonds are incredibly efficient and professional, and so far, we are absolutely delighted and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Visited Hammonds in Norwich as we had been let down elsewhere. My wife and I were very pleased with what we could see, and Donna was very helpful and pleasant. We booked an appointment for a planning meeting, which was within a few days. Trish who did the planning was very friendly, explained options and helped us to choose what would work well for us. We subsequently went back to the shop to check on a query, this time saw Tracey, who was also very helpful and friendly. At no point have we felt pressurised into buying. Because of the lovely way we have been dealt with, we have been pleased to now book and will be looking forward to our new bedroom. Thank you to all involved.

Had our wardrobes installed on September 6th/7th. The two fitters arrived promptly, and started to transformed our two bedrooms. By the end of the first day they had almost had one bedroom complete, and well over 85% of the second bedroom finished. They were professional though out, dust sheets everywhere. At the end of the first day they vaccumed up, you wouldn't tell that they had been there. Both bedrooms were completely to our satisfaction, and to a very high standard. A big thanks to Donna and Tracy, who kept the installation on track. Can't thank highly enough, would definitely recommend Hammonds to everyone. Would give six stars if I could.
