R. C.Purchased a quality executive chair at a very competitive price. It was delivered quickly it turned out to be a an excellent sturdy chair. I saw a minor blemish on the seat and reported it to the company. I had an immediate call back and a replacement seat sent out. It has been a long time since I received such excellent and friendly customer service. I highly recommend this company.

I wanted an office chair as a Christmas present for my Grandson. LockwoodHume had the chair I wanted in stock, their website was a joy to use, and the whole buying process was really straightforward. Three days later the chair arrived, just in time for Christmas. My Grandson put it together himself with no problems and is absolutely delighted with it. I can't praise this company highly enough. They are so good to deal with, and really efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality products, and quick delivery. They are definitely excellent!

I work remotely from home and sit in a chair off/on for 8 to 10 hours; and often afterwards I unwind by playing solitaire thus end up sitting in the same chair for another hour or two. Once the chair was assembled unfortunately I discovered that there appeared to be something sharp under the material of one of the arms. I sent a message on Sunday with a query regarding an ergonomic chair and within one hour received an answer with all the information I needed from Jo Hume.
I ordered the chair at around midnight and the following morning at 7 found an e-mail from Lockwood Hume and one from UPS in my inbox confirming dispatch.
The chair arrived on Thursday in Italy where I live!

J. M.It is not often that a firm gives exceptional service but Lockwood falls into that category. I recently purchased a new office chair for my study but unfortunately because of Covid they were unable to assemble it for me.
I telephoned Brian at Lockwood and explained that I had a degenerative spinal condition and could only buy a chair if it was already assembled.
Brian then contacted his supplier who agreed to assemble the chair and deliver it to my front porch.
The chair was delivered on a pallet - unpacked by the driver and placed just inside my front door.
This is exceptional service and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone buying any of their products.
The Chair was moderately priced - excellent value and is most comfortable with a lumbar support for my back - it looks pretty damm good as well.

K. S.Absolutely brilliant service from these guys. I needed some advice on the product I was buying. Called and was pleasantly surprised to get an answer straight away, rather than the answerphone call back in a lot of places at the moment. Spoke to a guy named Brian, who took the time to understand my requirements, then quickly called back with an ideal solution. Delivery was within 2 days, faster than advised and I'm really happy with the product. Literally can't praise these guys enough.
P. o.After having to work from home due to lockdown and trying to adjust the kitchen chair with a pillow and cheap lumbar support I thought it was time to buy a chair since I do suffer with chronic back pain.
I looked at gamer chairs and they all seemed to be replaced after a year from the reviews. I looked at hospital chairs and unfortunately they can only be supplied to hospitals. I then came across Lockwoodhume and stumbled across the Status Zen Orthopedic Office Chair.
I did not like the price tag AT ALL but when you are suffering should price matter, so I took the plunge and contacted them. The man on the phone was very polite and answered all my questions such as if I needed a lumbar support pump, sliddling arm chairs etc. After his advice I ordered the chair the next day.
PayPal charged me twice but I was promptly refunded by the Lockwoodhume. The chair was delivered in 13 days. It was fully built. I only had to slide the base on and the chair was ready to be sat on.
I liked the fact that you can choose colours for the chair. So I have tried to match the colours currently in my house. I didnt like the fact that it was cloth material due to possibly getting dirty but i have resolved that by spraying scotchgard on the chair to protect it from any spills, food or so called accidents.
In all the chair feels like heaven. It is so comfortable I do not regret my purchase at all! Best investment I have made in a long time. I sit on this chair more than the other chairs in my house now.
