Just had two bedrooms fitted out by Mirror Image. From the very start when Vicky came to do the initial measurement to when Jason and his colleague turned up to fit them over the last 3 days the service has been seamless and excellent. The guys turned up for the fitting each day on time and just got on with their work, if it wasn't for the odd sound of a saw going we wouldn't have know they were here. At the end of each day they cleaned up and left the rooms as they found them. During the fitting stage we were consulted by Jason if he had to make even the slightest deviation from the plans. The product is excellent and all in all we are extremely happy customers. I unreservedly recommend Mirror Image to anyone looking for a quality product from a company where the customer still counts and gets listened too and where they do what they say and what they promise.

From going to the showroom to final installation all staff were great. We had already ordered wardrobes for one room when we decided to order for the second bedroom, they managed to fit us in so that they were both installed over two consecutive days. So pleased with the wardrobes and recommended you to family who are now awaiting their installation for two bedrooms. Thank you.

Very clever designs by Vicky who created a bedroom and dressing room with lots of storage whilst working with some tricky angles. Installed by Aaron and Jonny who brought the designs to life with excellent attention for detail. Very polite and friendly guys who done a great job.

We approached Mirror Image as our friends had had such a positive experience with them and their fitted bedroom was of a lovely quality. The showroom had plenty to choose from. Although the way it is presented is slightly dated, the actual cupboards and finishes are great quality. From the point of ordering, the booking and planning of the fitting, to the actual fit itself, everything was very organised and well communicated. A huge thank you too to the fitters Aaron and Jonny who were so hardworking and an absolute pleasure to have in the house. We are so pleased with the wardrobes and would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish with this great local company. The designer was very pleasant and it didn’t matter how many times we contacted this never changed. She also had some great ideas to make our wardrobes better. It was also great that she gave us the price straight away with no haggling or any of these annoying tactics that other companies use. When it came to the fitting this week, our fitter was Adam and he was really good at what he does, talking over any small issues and also personalising our wardrobes slightly to hide wires etc. He was also v friendly and easy to talk to. A highly recommended local company. Please use them 😀

We had Mirror Image fit our new bedroom furniture recently and are extremely pleased with the result. Every care was taken in the planning process (thanks Vicky!) and the fitters (Adam and Jimmy) were friendly, helpful and professional. After fitting everything was tidied up before they left. Fantastic service and beautiful wardrobes! After a couple of terrible experiences with Sharps Furniture and Hammond's in Norwich (neither seemed to actively want our business and never even delivered plans - a close escape as it now turns out), Mirror Image came to the rescue. The service we experienced (from the arrangement of the initial appointment, to the design appointment with Marcus, the followup pricing and arrangement of the fitting, the timely emails and discussions prior to the fitting, to the 2 days of fitting by Harry) was faultless. The company did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price agreed. Everyone we encountered was good at what they did. And the wardrobes are just gorgeous. Everything we wanted them to be. We cannot rate this company highly enough.
