Hi Just had a great retail experience. My wife and I just purchased the 7.2 Gazebo with tilt roof blades, plus two lovely corner suites, which look fantastic in it. Plus a new BBQ. Sales and delivery guys were great, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a couple of small issues, which was sorted very quickly, and at our convenience. We also purchased several items for our caravan, great selection to choose from. We would have no problems recommending them to everyone for garden or camping needs. Well done all. This is a lovely place. We came here to buy some garden furniture. They have a great selection also a huge selection of BBQ's and fire pits, all at very affordable prices. The staff are very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. As our garden is still in the planning stage we will definitely be back!

Lovely place to visit, amazing choice of tents, beautiful garden centre, not too expensive. Pretty little coffee shop but staff don't seem that organised, infact the woman on the till was quite abrupt, but would definitely visit again.

The main shop has a superb stock level of a huge variety of items. Prices are generally excellent and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My first stop for garden/BBQ/camping and many other outdoor items.

Great complex to visit. We went for motorhome equipment and there is a great choice. Coffee shop not bad with a bit of a wait, but was busy our small niggle was the Coffee could be of a higher more distinctive quality. More so now with so much choice around. Bar that well worth going to.

Was helped by a chap called Matt,really helpful and gave us a discount. We needed a new awning and he was knowledgeable and friendly. We were on holiday so was really pleased to find this shop,has a lovely mixture of camping items and outdoor equipment. Will visit again when back in Norfolk.

Huge camping store with multiple departments stuffed full of products. You could almost have a day out there in order to explore the whole site. Prices are fairly competitive and they promise to price match - although I couldn't be bothered to argue. The value of this place is being able to try out and compare lots of products under one roof.

Customer service 1st class when I was let down by another camping equipment provider Norwich Camping and Leisure company has raised the bar. Not only did I receive my tent quickly but they provided me with a footprint to see me through till mine is recieved from the supplier to ensure my camping trip can go ahead with everything I require.
