N. K.The store was very well set out, with their whole collection of items. We were greeted by a member of the sales team who advised us that if we wanted to purchase to find him. We'd gone with items in mind and he told us where we could find them. Once we were ready we found him and he made me a coffee while we were completing the order. He was very thorough in explaining the delivery, after care of the items we'd ordered, etc. A very positive experience from start to finish. We're just waiting for the delivery now, which we hope will be as positive as the rest of the transaction.
A.Oak Furniture Land has a wide range of furniture from beds to tables and every product is amazing quality and very sturdy. The staff are always very helpful and kind to the customers and know about the products they are selling, which is good. The prices are quite high, although it is worth it! m. p.I was so very well attended to by Hannah. Though very young ,she was so very well familiar with all the Oak products and I was amazed at how swift she was in referring to my previous order placed three or more years ago. Additionally, Hannah was so very sincere during my entire visit.
D. H.Friendly staff and good selection. Pricing is about right and sometimes a bit higher than others. I believe many items have just 1 yr warranty and you have to pay more for 5yr cover. You have to wax the oak once a year to keep the moisture in the timber otherwise you invalidate your warranty.
D. B.Bought a whole bedroom suite, consisting double and treble wardrobe, Superking bed, two chest of drawers, a dressing table, ottoman, stool and matching mirrors. Delivery was on time. Delivery men very helpful, even helped us unpack some of the items. There was a little damage to two of the items. However, Oak Furnitureland were quick to respond, sending out their on-site technician to rectify our issues, or replace, whichever was necessary. I really didn't think the issues could be rectified, but was amazed at the result. Literally, resulted in Showroom finish, as was told it would be. Would certainly shop there again. However, we also have a dining set to seat 10 people. We wanted an additional extension leaf to fit into our table, but was told this was not possible as items came in, already packed in their entirety and shipped in from the East, therefore unable to request to purchase one piece. Other than that, cannot fault customer service and whole experience.

On delivery of a broken wardrobe they immediately took it away and delivered a new one within 3 days
j. g.No point in getting there 5 year warranty as they don't like to fix much, have to do it yourself in the end disappointing.
