F. N.I ordered a chair with a long lead time, they phoned up to double check I was okay with that, and let me know when they'd receive it from the factory.
Skip forwards and I receive a call exactly on the day promised, to double check delivery. Skip forwards one more day and I've got the chair.
They were polite and professional on the phone, and the product was delivered undamaged and well packed. I'm overall impressed and would recommend.
