I visited the Norwich store a few weeks ago to check out colours and measurements of various pieces of furniture. The assistant that helped me (Ivelina) was amazing - so polite and helpful - measured everything I asked her to and advised me about colours. I then ordered what I chose online and it was delivered last week. Delivery people were also very polite and helpful, making the whole shopping experience with this company a pleasure. Lovely Store and Products located just down the river from the railway station, We got the train to Norwich for a day out and noticed that they had a Cotswold store, and as we had been researching on-line furniture for our new home that we are building we thought we would take a look. Lovely products on-line that are reflected in-store, great quality and colours available, staff very attentive and knowledgeable. We were not in a position to commit to placing an order, however we were given a price and had what they call a quote emailed across to us which was valid for 14 days hopefully by this time we would have made an informed decision, they also house all the samples that you can take away with you to match up at home. Very impressed with this store, products and staff....... Highly recommend them

Absolutely brilliant experience purchasing a wardrobe from these guys. Lovely item, brilliant price. Asked them if rather than delivering it for me they could dismantle into what is essentially a flat pack item. I returned a couple of hours later and it was all ready and perfectly protected in bubble wrap. I shall be returning to browse and hopefully find another perfect item soon.

Waited in all day for a bed that never arrived!!! In fairness this was the fault of the delivery company, Arrow XL. But from there onwards, there was little communication to us about rearranging delivery or amending the situation. I spent many hours on the phone to Cotswold Company but to no avail! I eventually spoke to a very helpful Customer Service Advisor, Simon, who was able to rearrange a delivery at a time that suited us. We have now had the bed for two months and it is heavenly! Very sturdy and comfortable. We have also received a generous good-will gesture to make up for the trouble caused.

This is a wonderful company. I've only ever been satisfied with them. They are reasonably priced, and the quality has always been very good. I read dimensions carefully before ordering to make sure that things fit beforehand. Once I ordered a wardrobe from them (I've ordered quite a few things from them, and will continue to do so), and my builders didn't put it together properly (I thought the wardrobe was built incorrectly). The Cotswold Company sent out a new wardrobe to replace the old one, but then their builders discovered that the original hadn't been put together properly, and they corrected the original - all for no charge. I was really impressed because it was essentially my (builders') silly fault, so was very grateful! Great service and quality all around!

Great quality hardwood furniture, we ordered in store and it was available for delivery the next day. One piece had a minor defect and a bent piece of hardware, we called immediately and their excellent customer service gave us a small refund for our trouble and posted us a new bit to fix the hardware issue. Fantastic!

Our new oak dining room suite arrived today, at the precise time we were told to expect it. The 2 men making the delivery were very efficient and placed everything where we required them. The quality of the products is excellent, as was the salesman in the Norwich showroom who attended us last Monday. Seriously where do I start..........There are many furniture stores on the High Street but this one is so different. Awesome setting, great eye for displaying their furniture, the showroom takes you back in time to days of old with the props that are used to adorn the furniture ranges. The staff are all well presented, polite and the main thing is its not a "HARD SELL", you are given time to peruse at your own pace without being hassled by pushy sales people. All the sales people are ready and willing to answer any questions and always have a smile! i cannot recommend this store highly enough 5***** all the way - do not miss this store if going to Norwich

I have been to Cotswold several times to buy furniture since it opened in Norwich. Every visit has been a delight. I find the furniture to be of very good quality for a very reasonable price and love the option of the reduced-price outlet for slightly imperfect or returned goods, from which I have bought a lovely dining table and four chairs. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I recommend Cotswold to anyone I meet who wants new furniture, and look forward to looking around the store again in due course as there is always something of interest there. I'm looking forward to the delivery of a Cotswold chest of drawers early in the New Year and was impressed that there was nothing extra to pay for delivery.
