Staff were very helpful and their products were very comfortable to sit on. They had an extensive range of fabrics to choose from. I found the furniture I was seeking and have placed an order. Prices are quite high but the guarantees are good. The build quality is excellent and if my sofa and chair last for ten years or more I will be happy. I have marked down one star because the showroom was being refurbished when I visited. When back to normal I expect the customer experience will be even better.

Went to buy a new chair for a family member. Maria was lovely, not pushy or too much. She gave us information then left us to consider things. I usually really dislike shopping for these items, but I found this quite easy. They staff offered us drinks which was lovely. The prices could be better displayed, but you only get what you pay for and it does seem good quality.

Parking straight outside. All on one level. Staff very knowledgeable. So many possibilities in ranges of chairs and suites. Love the different sizing of chairs ideal for different sizes. Tea and coffee offered. Took catalogue home and still debating on which one and which covering but definitely twin motored recliners will be coming from HSL.
